Even the chairs we got for our babies was WAY more expensive than I would have expected. But that is standard for all Pottery Barn Kids. So this individual store is bright, clean, and the staff is 6,7, maybe even 8 stars. I walked in and was immediately asked if I needed anything. As a matter of fact, I did. We hemmed and hawed over what to get our babies for their first birthday. Finally we decided on some of the stand alone chairs that Pottery Barn offers. We got online, decided what we wanted, and went to check out only to realize that they wouldn't get here until after their birthday. So I went to the store hoping to figure out a solution. In the store they had all of the parts for the chairs, but not the covering colors we wanted. So some of the staff got to work on finding some. They found one online, but the other was not available. So she went into the system and found a store with a good quantity, talked to them on the phone, and got them to ship it to us. The online order was also being shipped and I could take the chair parts home with me. Even after a UPS mix up sending it back to the store, they quickly handled it and got it all to us on time. Great store with great service.

I'm always able to go in and find my daughters some clothes, shoes or jackets. The staff is helpful. It's very organized!! Some of the prices are a little high comparable to brand new items. A shirt will be $6 (used) and I can go by a new shirt for $4.00 or $6.00 at Walmart or Target. They do have some great deals though.

The staff has always been extremely helpful, friendly, and willing to help a husband out with some very efficient gift wrapping. I mostly have only come here for very specific items, I'm sure you can browse the store for some pretty good gift ideas. From hostess gifts to stocking stuffers to really impressive personalized items, they usually have some the popular things that make good gifts. I have never had anything personalized here. But they have a good selection of items that can be monogramed and engraved. I am always envious of the Yeti items they have displayed while I am in here. For me personally, I have probably bought their candle items more than anything. My wife loves Tyler candles and they are one of the few places that carry that in Birmingham. But they have a few different brands of other high quality candles. Not cheap, but well worth the money on most we have tried. And most recently, we found our baby books here in anticipation of our new arrivals soon. Good store. Good people. If you haven't stopped in to check it out, definitely worth the visit.
