Even the chairs we got for our babies was WAY more expensive than I would have expected. But that is standard for all Pottery Barn Kids. So this individual store is bright, clean, and the staff is 6,7, maybe even 8 stars. I walked in and was immediately asked if I needed anything. As a matter of fact, I did. We hemmed and hawed over what to get our babies for their first birthday. Finally we decided on some of the stand alone chairs that Pottery Barn offers. We got online, decided what we wanted, and went to check out only to realize that they wouldn't get here until after their birthday. So I went to the store hoping to figure out a solution. In the store they had all of the parts for the chairs, but not the covering colors we wanted. So some of the staff got to work on finding some. They found one online, but the other was not available. So she went into the system and found a store with a good quantity, talked to them on the phone, and got them to ship it to us. The online order was also being shipped and I could take the chair parts home with me. Even after a UPS mix up sending it back to the store, they quickly handled it and got it all to us on time. First, there is plenty of cute stuff here: Lots of matching items, mostly modern, plenty of themed furniture and decorations. I saw Star Wars bedding, cribs, bunk beds (several), stuffed animals, wall art, and much more. The place isn't very big at all, but it's a good place to find a gift for sure. Next, the staff is helpful and nice. The wonderful ladies behind the counter walked us through how the 4 in 1 cribs worked. They are cribs that turn into a day bed, partial bed and regular bed. They didn't have all the set-ups to display, but she showed it on the website on an iPad. We didn't even ask for assistance! Finally, the prices can get a little excessive. Its mostly high quality I know, but it's hard to compete with the box stores. Pottery barn kids seems like a great place for gifts. It's perfect for someone who is looking to buy a crib or bedding etc to give someone else as a gift (baby shower). In conclusion, pottery barn kids is a nifty shop to find nice stuff for kids and babies (or their parents). The staff is helpful, but it can get expensive. I will definitely register here, cause lord knows I can't afford everything here!

I'm always able to go in and find my daughters some clothes, shoes or jackets. The staff is helpful. It's very organized!! Some of the prices are a little high comparable to brand new items. A shirt will be $6 (used) and I can go by a new shirt for $4.00 or $6.00 at Walmart or Target. They do have some great deals though.
