Men's section to the right, women's section to the left. They keep it divided well so it makes the shopping easy (same set up with pretty much all other Old Navy locations). Children's stuff is located in the back of the store. They are usually running sales of at least 20% off (on a vast majority of items). If you're looking for a steal, Old Navy really isn't the place to look. They have gradually, over the years, brought their pricing up and in line with some of the other major retailers. They do have some good specials and they have a large area of women's clearance (men's area is much smaller) but long gone are the days of finding the best clothing deals to be had. Three stars is basically because it's a fine shopping experience, nothing blows your mind. Staff didn't go out of their way to speak or find out if I needed anything (unless I was checking out). It's not bad, just doesn't stand our as special or over the top in any way.

I look at the sticker on the bag and see it has a different name from mine on it. Now, it makes sense why I had an issue in the store with my pickup. I showed them my pick up order email and my driver's license. The employee grabs a bag and scans it several times. It doesn't appear to be working. She gets two other employees to try to figure out why the bag won't process with my pick order. I know now it's because she had pulled someone else's bag. They eventually told me I could go and apologized for the time. I wish they would have actually correctly figured out what was wrong. Now, I have to go back because I planned to wear the outfit I ordered for Mother's Day tomorrow. This is a waste of time and gas.

I live in Iowa and have only purchased clothes online, never been in the store. Their selection of clothing and accessories are amazing, and there is something new almost every day! For each item, they do their best in describing the material and fit. While some customers complain that they sell out too quickly, I would much rather have that happen, rather than seeing the same outfit on 25 other women! Besides, they have a handy option you can select, asking for a notification be sent when the item is back in stock. And they do notify us! They have improved the shipping and return policies, and are so prompt in order confirmations and shipping! In summary, I am so glad I found this boutique and continue being a satisfied customer!

Bonus - they don't shrink when you wash them. I took advantage of their 50% off Memorial Day sale. The staff was underwhelming, but they could have been exhausted from the crowd. Every customer isn't a good one. My only positive staff experience was my cashier. I'll honestly most likely just stick to ordering from the app. It has better deals anyway.

She stated that if I wanted it done right I should not have had my husband bring the bags to the store. She stated that I was not a "smart consumer." I guess they don't like providing their monogramming service to men.
