I cannot say enough good things about this dentist. I used to have to drive to Pewaukee to see a…read moresuperior dentist. Now, I've found my go to place in Two Rivers. The folks at this dentist are kind, gentle and completely non judgemental. They treat you like a valued patient and not a mere cash flow unit. They even laugh at my jokes. They will not try to push a multi-thousand dollar "plan" on you. Here they practice dentistry at your pace, not theirs. Doctor Paczkowski is one of the nicest dentists I have ever patronized. If you need dental work; and you are apprehensive about going to a dentist, these fine people will make you feel at ease. They are highly capable. I actually enjoy going there. This is coming from someone who isn't particularly fond of going to the dentist. Most of all I trust them implicitly. Update, we are looking for a new dentist. My wife went in for a cleaning. The hygienist did a poor job and regaled my wife with her political views. Then the dentist came in and asked how she was doing. Charged my wife $30 for that. I had an extraction that they charged me $320 for. $80 of that was for "consulting". They're always trying to get you to have X-rays even though they have recent ones on file. While I still hold that the people there are competent and very nice, they do their best to run up the bill.

While I haven't met all of the staff that works there, the ones that I have worked with have been the best I've ever encountered in the dental profession, and I have no reason to believe that the rest of the people there are any different. I also can't say enough about my dentist's (Dr. Erin Lasslo) attention to detail and thoroughness. She genuinely cares about her patients and is very gentle in her work. During her initial inspection she found a previous filling that was left with a slight burr on the surface between two teeth. She took the time to smooth that off while she was taking care of a cavity on another tooth. While I wasn't aware that this defect existed, it was something she wanted to correct and probably something that had caused my dental floss to break on many occasions. She also spent quite a bit of time helping me discover some flossing options around a difficult bridge. I really appreciate that they employ the latest techniques and technologies in their practice. Many of these modern methods save time for me, as well as them, and make things more pleasant for the patient. For most people, a visit to the dentist office can be an intimidating or dreadful experience that we'd sooner avoid. It is comforting to find that the waiting area has a nice homey feel and décor that is closer to a living room than most clinical settings. Between the friendly staff and cozy waiting area, it is easy to feel relaxed. And if you arrive early enough, you can enjoy a complimentary K-cup beverage. So, yes, I've found a new home for my dental work and I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I moved to a different practice. It was a lie. Someone from my office with the same insurance company and coverage told me they love our insurance because it pays for all services; the exact opposite they told me. I understand that people have the right to refuse a service, but to lie about it feels UTTERLY unprofessional and very disappointing. We didn't do anything to deserve this treatment. I feel like they discriminated against my origin and skin color. We're living strange times for sure. Also for those who are wondering, no, we weren't admonished or called out for any reason or misbehavior. I wish they would have been honest and said they didn't want our business. You make an appointment with your dentist only to find when you arrive that dentist is no longer there. Dental care is a personal thing. You develop a comfort and trust with someone over a period of time. Why wouldn't they tell you? Corporately owned dental practice where profit is number 1 priority. If they told you, you may decide to follow the previous dentist or go somewhere else. By the way they have had a number of different dentists in the past few years and I am sure will continue to do so. I am not interested in a surprise new dentist every couple of years. Same thing happened today when I went for dental cleaning. Not the person who I had appointment with. The person I was comfortable with. The person who had cleaned my teeth for 4 years. Once again no notice. No explanation. The new hygienist took offense to my questioning why and decided he would not clean my teeth! The employee decided!!!!!! I have had this appointment for 6 months. Plenty of time to notify of changes. They treat you as if you have no say in your treatment. I expect as a paying customer to be treated with the respect of making my decisions about my dental care!!!!

The filling appointment took much longer than expected, and since then I've had nothing but pain. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
