You make an appointment with your dentist only to find when you arrive that dentist is no longer there. Dental care is a personal thing. You develop a comfort and trust with someone over a period of time. Why wouldn't they tell you? Corporately owned dental practice where profit is number 1 priority. If they told you, you may decide to follow the previous dentist or go somewhere else. By the way they have had a number of different dentists in the past few years and I am sure will continue to do so. I am not interested in a surprise new dentist every couple of years. Same thing happened today when I went for dental cleaning. Not the person who I had appointment with. The person I was comfortable with. The person who had cleaned my teeth for 4 years. Once again no notice. No explanation. The new hygienist took offense to my questioning why and decided he would not clean my teeth! The employee decided!!!!!! I have had this appointment for 6 months. Plenty of time to notify of changes. They treat you as if you have no say in your treatment. I expect as a paying customer to be treated with the respect of making my decisions about my dental care!!!!

The entire upper side where the work was done has been painful and extremely sensitive to hot and cold. This was not an issue before the visit, and it has been very uncomfortable since the procedure. Recently their practice of dentistry has declined and now it appears they don't stand by their work at all. My 7 year old had her filling fall out of her tooth and we asked to get it replaced. Shore Line Dental told us to come in and get it replaced, there wouldn't be a fee. We setup an appointment for Wednesday, November 6th, 2013 to get it done. She made her appointment on time and received a new filling. When my wife went to the reception area to confirm the work, we were told we had to pay $70 dollars. Mind you we have insurance and they were billing them for a little over $150.00. We told the reception lady that we were told the work would be covered. She said there was new decay under the filling so we had to pay for the replacement... Huh? Under the filling? The same filling they replaced? So they didn't do their job sufficiently which lead to decay under the filling and WE were being charged? The Reception Woman proceeded to tell us that if we didn't pay the bill would immediately go to collections. We paid the bill and have now removed all six of us from their care. It's sad to see a long time business fall so far as to treat their long time patience so poorly. Good Bye Shore Line!

The hygienist did a poor job and regaled my wife with her political views. Then the dentist came in and asked how she was doing. Charged my wife $30 for that. I had an extraction that they charged me $320 for. $80 of that was for "consulting". They're always trying to get you to have X-rays even though they have recent ones on file. While I still hold that the people there are competent and very nice, they do their best to run up the bill.

AVOID ENDODONTIC SPECIALISTS OF WISCONSIN AT ALL COSTS!…read more Allow me to explain... Approximately 6-weeks ago, my tooth started to hurt. I am extremely busy in my own practice but I decided it had to be checked. I made an appointment with Dr John Korolewski. Dr Korolewski and his staff were fantastic. They took their time with me and explained all of their procedures. Dr. Korolewski referred me to Endodontic Specialists of Wisconsin. The soonest that Endodontic Specialists of Wisconsin could get me in was in two-weeks. Granted, on a scale of "0" being no pain and "10" being the worst pain ever, I was a "20!" All good, I will take antibiotics. Even though Wednesday is a very busy day in our clinic, I cleared my schedule for Wednesday, October 16th. I drove an hour to Sheboygan and I arrived at Endodontic Specialists of Wisconsin 15-minutes early as requested to fill out paperwork. At the appointed time, a staff person took me back to perform an x-ray. I explained to her that I had already had a panoramic view performed at Dr. Korolewski's office and I do not want more radiation and a duplication of service. I told the staff person that it wasn't her that I was upset with but this should have been explained to me BEFORE my appointment. She proceeded to take the film. She then took me back to the treatment room and I told her that I needed to speak to the doctor before we continued. Dr Joshua Davis came in and I told him that I did not want another panoramic view which was additional radiation and a duplication of service. He stated that is was a "different type" of view. I told him that should have been explained to me. I also stated that if we are going to continue, we need to have better communication. This is where it all went south! Davis was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. A pompous jerk is how I would describe him! There are 10x as many because not everyone wants to get on video. Yes, you can joke around with them but only AFTER you have helped them! Next, Davis goes on to tell me that I had moved and they have to re-take the x-ray! Never mind that I followed his staff's instructions to a "T!" NOPE! I am DONE and OUT OF THAT OFFICE!
