What I like is the focus on personal attention you get from them, it reminds of the insurance agents my parents had when I was young. They knew my family, they knew us kids and they made an investment in the relationship. During the time I've been with Matt I've been in a car wreck and bought life insurance (haven't used that one yet) and homeowners insurance. Each time there is a sincere connection and an attempt to build an actual relationship not just sell a policy. I like the way Matt and his team support the community as well with everything from a podcast to supporting non-profits and even down to providing information for parents and their kids about nontraditional investing or what to think about when you start to drive. Tip: If you have an insurance question search for Matt on YouTube or Google your question and Matt Dietz, he probably has a video answering your question so you don't even need to call in! I'll definitely keep my insurance business here and hope to see them continue to grow.

He went to our new home personally to inspect it prior to writing our Homeowners Policy. He helped us with coverage for 3 autos in a very professional and courteous manner. I would highly recommend this agency and Monty is particular to protect your home and autos with comprehensive Farmers Insurance coverage.

Excellence modeled by Chelsea and shared among all of the great team who work in this office results in us being beyond delighted with the top notch service in the roughly four years we have been Chelsea's clients. But right before we became her clients we were thinking of leaving State Farm, after decades of choosing them as insurer, because of woeful experiences with another local agent. If you are looking for really good insurance coverage options and an outstanding agent and office to work with, you've found here the fit here with. If it helps you to know how we came to this agency, our story follows. State Farrm had been my insurance company since I started driving at age 16, gazillions of decades ago, and adding in then renters insurance in my "single ladies" days. Turns out State Farm was also my then boyfriend-to-be-hubby's too so when we got hitched and moved from NYC area to became Bay Area homeowners (back in the era of 17.75% mortgage rates, just sayin'...the economy has been worse) we continued with State Farm for auto, homeowner's, umbrella...yada, yada, yada policies. In that coverage across too may cars to count and thirteen different home addresses in four states we always had excellent relationships with the State Farm agents and on the rare occasions (thankfully) that we needed State Farm's help, as in when we hit a deer going 55 on a Central Oregon hiway in our then just 6 month old SUV, the assistance was super. Ditto if we needed just a coverage question answered, the agents were easy to reach and quick to respond. Until we moved to Eagle, Idaho and then the wheels fell off with the agent here. We couldn't reach him, the person answering his phone worked as gatekeeper to seemingly want to tackle customers before he had to bother with them, and responses could take days because, would say the gatekeeper, "...he is a busy man". After a handful of those kinds of "aww...sh...shucks" moments we started looking around for another agent and we were even willing to leave State Farm. Then in the mode of "timing is everything" my husband noticed a State Farm ad for a new agent in our town, Chelsea Stutzman. We met with her and we were both impressed with her background, her knowledge and her follow up after the meeting to answer the only question she couldn't answer of the many, many we asked during the meeting. For the single (thankfully) event we needed help with when the windshield of our then 10 year old SUV was damaged on a trip to Central Oregon to need complete replacement (there is a common thread in our car woes, no?), Chelsea recommended a great provider who came to our home to do the work and which our policy covered but for a minimal deductible. And she has been easily reachable when we've had coverage questions on policies or when we needed new coverage, as in buying a new car. It does not get better than this. LOCATION: In a little strip mall near downtown Eagle, ample parking in the lot. ACCESSIBILITY: ADA parking spot near the door, all on one level inside. SWEET NEIGHBORS: The Eagle spin off of the downtown Boise located The Chocolate Bar is a couple of doors up. :-)

Going from father to several sons. Jared is fairly new. This is the good part. Jared and the people he hires are eager to please their clients. Please read my Review of another Eagle, State Farm Agent, Steve Garringer office. I left that office as I was treated poorly by the agent, Mr. Garringer himself. In what Mr. Garringer said, at that office, was that this is a State Farm issue and nothing could be done by him to resolve it. I was on my own to fix my vehicle that was not fixed appropriately. Both State Farm and the body shop blamed each other and I was stuck in the middle. But my agent was NO help to me to resolve the issue. In fact the body shop bent over backwards I thought with the Garringer Office in trying to resolve. So being with State Farm since 1977 and 7 years with Garringer office I moved to a new agent. The Garringer office was not doing anything to help resolve the issue. I went into the Jared Stokes office and spoke with Jared, who is polite and professional. Told him why I was moving. Jared told me straight up he was not sure if there was anything he could do. But also said that something did seem to be wrong and was unsure why I was being left to defend for myself. Jared promised he would have his staff look into it and get me answers to what happened and why. I had no idea if the results would be any different. I just wanted some answers. I mean its been almost two years since the damage. It became more of a principal with me that someone dropped the ball then the money. Jared assigned an almost two year old auto collision case that was not resolved to my satisfaction to his employee, Jessica. She is amazing. She checked into the case. She kept me updated almost by the hour. She found some mistakes were made in the way my case was handled. Just as I had complained about to my other agent. Jessica found there were some mistakes made. Simple mistakes and poor communication. No real fault of either side. Once Jessica, explained everything to State Farm, they agreed with Jessica. Jessica got me the rest of the compensation for my collision. $420. Jessica worked out a deal with the original body shop and both sides were happy. Also I was very happy, that my thoughts that someone was not doing their job or made a mistake, was correct. And I did not have to do the work to find all this out. Jessica did all the leg work and put some time into my case. That is really all anyone wants when they hire an agent to work for them. I could not be happier with the new office. I highly recommend Jared Stokes office. Ask for Jessica.

You said, you spent hours on this. More like 3 minutes. You did not care about your client. So will give my business to someone else. I moved to State Farm, Jared Stokes office. These offices are locally owned. I highly recommend Jared Stokes. In Steve Garringer response to me on the YELP forum he implies it was out of his hands and a State Farm Issue and he could not do anything. Jarred Stokes Staff reviewed this case that was over a year old now. In short; They found where the mistakes were made and today I received the additional $420 compensation from State Farm that Garringer said there was nothing he could do. On 5/30/2018 Mr. Garringer will argue that it was out of his hands and blames, States Farm "assigned Claim Handler". So throwing the company he works for under the bus it appears. The issue was Mr. Garringer, did not do his job, did not listen to his client, who argued with him that something is wrong. A few phone calls and a little time by the Staff at the State Farm office at Jared Stokes office and they were able to quickly find out what happened. Mistakes or more of misunderstanding, between the Collision Company and State Farm. Now Mr. Garringer wants to talk more. That should have happened when I personally complained to you. Look at my Feed back on YELP. I score 129 stars in 5 star ratings while only 24 in one star ratings. Giving this office a 1 star is factual. Anyone can email me privately and I have the documentation and now the new $420 pay stub to show that Garringer Office did nothing to help their client. Thus after 7 years and my only claim to his office I moved my business to Jared Stokes office.

December 2024 I reached out because my business was growing rapidly and I wanted a professional to help our tax strategy and our financial planning to grow with it. They scheduled me for an in person meeting with Dean as the first step. About 5min into the meeting as I was discussing what my hope was for my future with them, Dean interrupted me and said something to the effect of, "Just so you know, I haven't decided to accept you as a client yet. We are very busy and we may not want to take on your business unless it makes sense for us." My thought was, why did we have to have an in person meeting just for you to tell me you didn't want my business... This could have been a phone call taking less time out of my busy day! It was obvious I was interviewing for the opportunity to pay for their services. We continued on and I told him more about our business and the revenue growth we were experiencing every month. After a while my only guess is he could tell that we were the type of company they could make money off of so he changed his tune. Suddenly I was in and we were discussing all the strategies he could employ for us. At the end of the meeting he said they would send me an introductory email with some instructions on becoming a new client and a link to a portal to upload all my 2022 and 2023 tax returns. Then they would evaluate everything and tell me what they would need in order to start processing my 2024 return and some entity reporting changes for 2025. Weeks went by with nothing sent to me. I tried to be patient because I figured the holidays might have slowed them down. I knew they had my email because they were sending me emails about their new office and having a ribbon cutting ceremony party. Finally in late January I sent another email letting them know I still hadn't receive my welcome email or the portal invitation. They replied this time... No apology for the delay.. They just said, we do have you in our portal but they hadn't invited me yet. They said they would invite me but we're letting me know that I was now a little late and they were getting busy and I should hurry and send in my 2022 and 2023 tax returns. (great, so now I'm to blame for being late) Sadie said in the email, after I uploaded my returns, they would evaluate them and then "send you a tax organizer, so you know what documents to bring for 2024". So I logged into the portal immediately after our phone call and uploaded my '22 and '23 returns. Weeks went by and nothing from them. Finally it was getting too close for comfort for me with the impending tax deadline and it didn't seem like they valued my business or had time for me. I ended up processing my tax return without them. I've never heard a single thing from them until June 4th 2025 (today) when I received a call from them (I think Sadie again). She said she just wanted to check in because they were still waiting for my paperwork to process my 2024 return and she wanted to know if I still wanted to be a client. At this point I have been so upset with how little they care about prospective customers. I told her I did upload my returns to the portal as she requested in February and no I couldn't see us doing business together because I don't think they value me or my time because they never sent me anything after that. Her response was indifference and she seemed happy I didn't want to be a client. She said, "Ok good that's what I was wanting to know. We did receive your 2022 and 2023 returns but you never sent us anything to process your 2024 return." (basically once again I was to blame) I started to tell her she said that they would evaluate my returns and send me the information and format they wanted for my 2024 return but they never did (what she called the tax organizer in her email in February), after I said that I realized I was about to lose it, lol. So I just hung up. There's no point in explaining that to her and going back and forth when they just keep putting blame on me. They don't care. The reality is they've taken on more than they can handle. They should have just told me in that first meeting they were too busy with existing clients to take on new clients. Seriously, it's June 4th 2025! And now you're finally reaching out about getting my 2024 taxes done?!? I don't want a CPA I have to babysit. So, I'm still on the hunt for a good CPA who cares about me, my company and my family.
