Worse yet, you do pay for an item and go to pick it up and they also sold it to someone else. Beware the online auctions and the stuff that they pick up at Value Village and then have in the shop the next day. I have friends that consigned there and had to harass the owner to get their money-- with no record of what their item actually sold for so they had no idea if they were being paid fairly. Avoid the trouble. Half the stuff is fake anyway.

The clerks were friendly and the shop was a sea of colors with all the t-shirts, sweatshirts etc.
