After we called and made an appt, the woman who helped us was very business like. Name, Address, Date we wanted it cleaned etc. They gave an estimate which was appropriate for what we were looking for, and they ended up having a spot open due to cancellation for a team to come by our house. Two guys came by, pretty young mid 20's ish, but they were good folks, worked hard, watched them clean and climb all over the house, doing what they needed to do, and did the whole place in about an hour and a half.
