I randomly found JM General Repairs on Yelp and I was extremely happy with everything about them. The main handyman, Jorge, was really easy to get in contact with and very reasonable. It was obvious that we didn't know much about construction, electric, sheetrock, etc. so he explained everything to my wife and I before purchasing materials or cutting holes in the walls. When he inevitably found problems in the walls since we purchased an older house-he explained what he was doing and made it easy to understand. They quickly installed our 50 inch TV and hid ALL of the wires AND cable box which was his idea since he's a perfectionist lol. The TV /mount is so sturdy I'm pretty sure If our house was knocked over...it would be the only thing still standing. Highly recommend JM General Repairs. I have not had a lot of opportunities to write positive reviews for contractors. So, when there is such a chance, I really want to yell it from the rooftops! I needed another AC installed. I messed up and only thought about the width and the height. Didn't take into account that I have bars behind the window that would limit the depth! Lav took off the brackets and reinstalled them in a spot that would make the AC fit. And again, non nonsense! So many guys out there would say "that was a bigger job then expected. I need more money". Lav is such an honorable man in addition to a pleasant demeanor and great work!
