They save me a hotel stay and a bill for the repairs from a mechanic. I use my smartphone for everything so I knew I had to figure out what was wrong with it and quickly so we could make our destination that evening. My husband found this little store listed online so we stopped in. At first I thought I was going to get excellent service. The girl who helped me seemed knowledgeable and asked me to leave my phone with them on the charger for a bit to see if their charger would work. I agreed to do so and came back in about 1/2 hour. When I returned the SAME girl ignored me as I walked into the store and made eye contact with her. She proceeded to help someone else (ok, fine, but at least acknowledge me and say "I'll be with you in a minute to see if you phone charged") but no, nothing. So after wandering around pretending to browse the phone accessories I finally gave up and asked another girl who was working there for help. She got my phone off the charger and mumbled something about their charger not having been plugged in the whole time. So basically I had wasted the entire 1/2 hour and still had no answer to why my phone was working. Had this not been the only place I knew where I could purchase a new Verizon phone charger for my phone, I would have walked out then. The customer service was terrible. BUT, you know I asked if they had a car charger I could purchase. She said yes and sold me an aftermarket one for $25.00. (OUCH) That stung in itself, but what really is awful is the charger lasted all of 7 days and then it completely quit working. So, $25 out the window and a lousy experience left me not feeling so hot about this place.

She said when you get here just come in and let us know so we know that your here and make sure everything gets left neat when you are done. So my brother and I show up to load this stuff and I send my brother in to let them know. All is good we are loading the trailer when this car pulls up frantically. She says can I help you and I said yes possibly if you want to grab an end jokingly and she came un f'ing corked I was trying to explain to her the situation as I knew it she was threatening to call the cops making us feel like coming thieves when it was elected Communications within their business turns out she was the manager and the clerk that gives the permission obviously had no say in the matter so we got 86'ed. I even tried to buy the units negotiate something diffuse the situation they were very combative.
