It was super convenient talking to him on the phone, explaining my situation, and scheduling him to visit. He came by, looked at my doors, and had the thresholds adjusted to close up the light gaps on my bottom seals. He was truly helpful, and very knowledgeable about things. I'd highly recommend him!

I had hoped to eventually update this review to 5 stars, but unfortunately my experience has…read moremirrored what several other reviewers have reported. After initially expressing interest in the project and agreeing to come out for measurements, the contractor completely stopped communicating. Multiple texts and messages have gone unanswered with no explanation, no follow-up, and not even the courtesy of a response. What makes this even more frustrating is that the contractor remains active on social media, so it's clear the issue isn't a lack of availability to communicate. Professionalism and communication are basic expectations when hiring a contractor. If you are too busy to take on a project, simply say so. Ghosting potential customers after making commitments is unprofessional and disrespectful of their time. At this point, I've lost confidence and will be taking my business elsewhere. Unless there is a reasonable explanation and an effort to make this right, I cannot recommend this contractor based on my experience.

He was prompt, communicative, professional, and well priced for the size of the tree (massive!). I have a large garden that's my pride and joy, and expected damage to the surrounding plants while the crew worked to take down the tree because that's been my experience with other companies in the past. They were extremely careful with the limbs/trunk and did a great job protecting my property to respect my wishes. I'd highly recommend this crew for work on anything in their portfolio. If they can deal with taking down a 150+' tree without damaging a garden this dense, they can do anything!

JJ and his crew just finished renovating a new house we bought in North Beach. I can't say enough…read moregood things about this company. We had a wide variety of things that needed to be done -- from installing barn doors to patch and paint jobs to encapsulating the crawl space and replacing the deck to a total bathroom remodel and replacing the porch floor and rails. The work is not only solid, it was completed within the schedule set up front. Anything I questioned as the work was in progress -- primarily because I changed my mind about a few things as they were underway -- was resolved immediately. This company puts the customer first. JJ went above and beyond to stick to the price quoted -- there were no surprises -- and we paid exactly what was quoted up front. Given the range of work done, this was especially appreciated. But most importantly, it is beautiful quality work!
