Do not even waste your time stepping foot into this office. The office staff never takes accountability for their errors nor do they show any compassion for their patients. As far as the doctors, the initial appointment seems to go well until you're suddenly hospitalized and you're looking for anyone to give you a call to provide any ounce of guidance pertaining to your plan of care and nobody wants to help you. I called from the ER with a cardiac related issue and they put me on hold - call got disconnected - I tried to call back and the office was closed; telephone lines were off. AWFUL!!! I can tell you right now that this office is staffed by the most disorganized, uncompassionate, rude community of people. Look elsewhere and always advocate for yourself because nobody else will. read more

What do you think of when they send you for a test NOT once but twice and they say "the doctor will call you in two day" but never does. YOU have to call him and there is NO REASON why you should call him. Also when he is going to see him it is like he can't be bothered and he says "you should get a defibrillator"" and doesn't really say why. I dropped him and trying to see the one that actually did the procedure and hope he is better. But hey KARMA works in mysterious ways, he might get a doc like him. Terrible. uncaring and unprofessional. My Mom used to primarily see Dr. Sauberman who was great, but unfortunately, he left the practice. Went for yearly check and Dr. DaVita acted as though he had no idea why my Mom was there. Had echo done and was given 3 different results by the PA and Dr's Cohen and Davita..very concerning. IF the Dr's oblige you with a call back 3 days later they rush you off the phone. Every negative review on here is 100% accurate. read more

I wish I could give zero Stars. Never in my life have I been to a more incompetent doctors office. The line to check-in or check-out is 20 minutes long the girls at the front desk are passive aggressive and ignore you as you're standing there waiting, and do not even open the glass to acknowledge that you're standing in front of him. I went for three separate tests and when I came back for the results they treated me as if I was a new patient and we're unaware that I even had tests done. They did not have the test downloaded and ready to be read; so I walked out because they told me I would have to sit in the office and wait for them to download and read the result and I had already been there for an hour. Beware!!! Pick another cardiologist unless you want to have a heart attack induced by them from stress. read more

I had some testing done when in OCM for a shoulder replacement., I was assigned Michael DeVita who is in this group. He seemed in attentive to my queries and kept stressing how busy he was. I wrote it off to a bad day and inyeracting with the rest of the group was fine. I eventually had a cardiac Catherization scheduled with Dr Cohen of that group and surprise Michael DeVita ended up doing the procedure. While in recovery as he was giving me information I said I was a prodigious note taker and could I get something on paper? He responded by sarcastically saying,Oh sure I am going to spend 6 or 7 more hours writing up your report today, like I have time. I, my wife and the nurse were floored. The worst. Waited 4 months to see Dr. DaVita and two days before my appointment I was notified he will not be the one seeing me. A PA will. This was an important issue. Their answer was to make another appointment, which would be another 5 months away. I switched last year from Monmouth cardiology do to the easier location. Dr. Cohen did a stress test that didn't last 5 minutes and rude as can be. Saw Dr. DaVita once and felt very rushed. Will go back to Monmouth. Better Doctors and more professional. read more

Maybe I was unfortunate enough to catch Dr. Sauberman on a bad day. It may be that he is a very good doctor, but I found him to be quite loud, abrasive and extremely, extremely impatient with me during most of our "consultation". At one point, he yelled "Just answer yes or no!" However, when I told him he was very impatient, he became a bit nicer, and even patted my knee. In the end, he asked me if I had any questions. (Maybe I was supposed to wait until the end to speak?) Perhaps on my next visit, i will get to see the "real" Dr. Sauberman. But for today, I came away thinking, "I don't like him!" read more

The very worst medical experience I have ever had. I went to them needing a catherization and the girl that makes the appointments ( Brittany ) talked me out of going to Jersey Shore hospital and to do it at Ocean Medical. I then find out Ocean can't do a stent if needed. My next visit 815 am I tell Dr. Moosvi I want to change and he tells me to see Brittany before I leave, and I'm told Brittany is too busy to see me and I should call her later in the day. I call and am told she is still too busy, and that she will call me. In the afternoon I call again and am told the same thing. I call later and I am told Brittany is gone for the day, and that Rachel the office manager will call me the next day. The next day Brittany calls and not Rachel. She is very nasty and tells me I am not their only patient,and I tell her I have been waiting since 9am the day before. It doesn't matter. I will go somewhere else in the meantime and hope I don't have a heart attack while I am waiting. Please if you can don't use this Cardiology doctor . read more

The doctors are very good but be prepared to wait 1.5 - 2 hours to see the doctor. I hope they can improve on their wait time.
