I had several appointment with Dr. Komorowski of Ocean Heart Group in his Linden office and when consulted he was acting sadistic and very juvenile towards me making light of throat cancer. He insinuated that I might have it since I was smoking cigarettes. His staff was full of incompetent women that made the visits unpleasant. I had several tests done including a nuclear stress test in which he came over and was being rude and ridiculous gesturing my running on the treadmill. He also told me that in order to be fit and well, I should just walk for only 3 minutes a day. He is absolutely horrible and a stressful experience with no results. read more

They all took a tremendous amount of time with me to discuss tests, treatment and prognosis, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed through a visit, and the doctors are all very genuine and knowledgable. The wait time for an in office appointment is very long, but I guess if they aren't rushing through their patient visits, this should be expected.

As far as the doctors, the initial appointment seems to go well until you're suddenly hospitalized and you're looking for anyone to give you a call to provide any ounce of guidance pertaining to your plan of care and nobody wants to help you. I called from the ER with a cardiac related issue and they put me on hold - call got disconnected - I tried to call back and the office was closed; telephone lines were off. AWFUL!!! I can tell you right now that this office is staffed by the most disorganized, uncompassionate, rude community of people. Look elsewhere and always advocate for yourself because nobody else will.
