He said he can't give me the 10 dollars because there was no timestamp on the ticket. I advised him he's the one that gave me the ticket with no timestamp, and I have the receipt with the time listed on there. He said no and I SHOULD have gave him the ticket before going in the store so he can add the time. after going back and forth a couple times I realized this is how they are making their money off of people. He did not add the time and nothing on the ticket said that was needed. I would never go back. I would avoid this store completely

Starting with the security guard at the door. To the guy aggressively trying to sell us perfume and Cologne. Called us over to his counter like 5 times. Saying in Spanish "hey amigo ven aca y compra " which me hey friend come over here and buy. The first time we said no thanks .Then kept on insisting. The lady that helped us with a table cover was horrible. She didn't care for us or our needs. And the Elevator is a death trap stay away.

My aunt and uncle, who were visiting from out of the country, waited over an hour in line to pay. When my uncle handed a few extra items to my aunt to add to her purchase, the manager completely lost it -- started yelling at her in front of everyone, saying she had to go to the back of the line. Then, things got even worse. The manager actually raised her hands in an aggressive way, like she was going to hit my aunt. It was shocking -- people in line saw it and were just as stunned. And instead of de-escalating, the manager called security and had them kicked out like they were criminals. My aunt left the store visibly shaken and upset. She has health issues and was really affected by the whole thing. Honestly, no one should be treated like that -- especially not visitors who were just trying to shop and have a good experience in the U.S. This kind of behavior from a store manager is beyond unprofessional. I really hope Burlington and the mall take action.

Very spacious store with very fast cashiers. There was a long line of a hundred people on one side of the check out desks, however it only took about fifteen to twenty minutes to be available for check out, which was above my expectations of my waiting time. Overall, it's a great Burlington location in the mall of The Mills at Jersey Gardens.

I found some good shirts at excellent price. The associate the register was very friendly. He looked up my rewards account. After applying all discounts and cash rewards, the $89 shirt was only $2.72 for me. Obviously I was super happy with my purchase.

Parking is hit or miss depending on time of day.
