Covered in what I can assume is dog hair as there was a shedding dog in the store. No signs warning of a potential allergy. Really bad first impression & then it got worse. First it was apparent that the owner who was doing my pedicure did not seem to know what she was doing. She put forth little if any effort, overlooked several toes that should have been trimmed & sliced my toe open drawing blood using an Emory board. The massage chairs did not work, the materials used such as towels or the bags for paraffin were stained or ripped, the owner did not use proper gloves, soaked my feet in cold water, the owner-attendant- was not dressed professionally nor looked presentable to present herself that way to customers, greasy hair & spandex biker shorts with a top that barely covers the middle on a plus size lady is not a good look. Whole experience was dreadful. So because it's poorly organized, messy & multi business, prepare for your session to be interupted by people walking through & if their debit machine is down & you are asked to use the one next door at a gaming store, wear a complete facial mask because the stench of cat piss will choke you out. I'm surprised at everything I experienced & saw.

One day I went for a tan and the bed wasn't clean and it was slimy and gross. I jumped out right away and when I complained she was just rude about it so I left and never went back. Starting a few months ago I started shopping there again because they sell Dermalogica, There are only two girls in the entire place that had the proper training on it and they are either never there or on break. All the other girls try and help but when you are purchasing a product with such a hefty price tag I don't like when someone guesses about a product. I went in to buy shampoo once and same thing, they all guessed and showed me whatever was closest to them. To me.. if you sell a product your entire staff should no about it. Selling a product that isn't right for someone could harm them, especially with Dermalogica, One girl once almost sold me something (But I said no) turns out it would have pretty much burned my face off. So besides the fact that they are all rude and not that nice, they don't no anything about what they sell either. I can't say much about their salon and spa offers because i have never gotten anything done with them, and I prob never will. Stay away from this place.

As an apprentice people in the salon where cold each time i came in and treated her like she didn't exist or matter. I kept coming to support Lulu as she is amazing at what she does. Better than many of the licensee stylists i have used in many years. In my experience using apprentices too someone comes and checks their work, not in any of my visits where of the stylists here. The petite older lady doing a manicure went on how she hated her employees and her job the whole time. I can't wait to find out where Lulu ends up cause she deserves my business and has my respect.
