The massage chairs did not work, the materials used such as towels or the bags for paraffin were stained or ripped, the owner did not use proper gloves, soaked my feet in cold water, the owner-attendant- was not dressed professionally nor looked presentable to present herself that way to customers, greasy hair & spandex biker shorts with a top that barely covers the middle on a plus size lady is not a good look. Whole experience was dreadful. So because it's poorly organized, messy & multi business, prepare for your session to be interupted by people walking through & if their debit machine is down & you are asked to use the one next door at a gaming store, wear a complete facial mask because the stench of cat piss will choke you out.
