I have never had this many issues with my prescriptions at any other Shoppers Pharmacy. There are always issues with either my insurance or prescription refills. I find myself having to repeat information to them each time I need to pick up my medications. It is disappointing, because I enjoy their beauty department and I am a frequent shopper , but I believe I will be taking my pharmacy needs elsewhere.

Today was my first time using the pharmacy itself and it was a great experience: fast, but they gave me a bunch of useful information the prescribing doctor hadn't mentioned, they processed my insurance info flawlessly for me, and were so friendly and kind it made a challenging time much easier. I'll definitely be bringing any business I have to this location when I can.
