After attempting to fix the problem with prescription eye drops and special contact lens, I saw David at the Stine Eye Center and he used intense pulse light therapy, what a game changer, it worked great, I can't thank him enough. Therefore, if you have dry eyes I strongly recommend the treatment he provides.

I heard Sarazan laughing at how he hates the fake lashes on one of his customers that he seated in a room just a minute prior. I was thinking how rude & degrading. They also are pushy in wanting you to buy their high buck contact lenses. When you say you are buying them online- because they are cheaper, you get treated with big attitudes like you are no longer good enough. It's clear if you go here, that you are just a number so they can milk you for everything in your wallet & then push you out the door. Avoid and save yourself the hassle. This place is grossly unprofessional!

If you want to chat and get personal and know your doctor, then perhaps try somewhere else. The doctor was courteous and kind but asked me maybe a total of four questions throughout my exam (only one of which was non-eye related). I can't remember his name, nor do I know anything about him (except that he's from Wausau and is an eye doctor). Again, the service wasn't bad, but I just don't know if I would recommend it. P. S. The girl who works front office, answers phones and helped me out before and after my exam was amazing! Such a sweet spirit and never annoyed with my many questions.

When questioned, VanSykes said it was within range even though on X-rays, it's obvious. Next, I was offered a 'free' tooth mold for veneers if I would have chosen to get them. When I decided not to, they charged me $395 for the mold. I mentioned it to the dentist that he, himself said they were free, and he denied. Then I overpaid one of my procedures by $250, they didn't tell me that I had a credit and when I accidentally found out by from one of the billing folks, they were not going to give it back in case one of my next procedures was not paid. I have insurance and always paid everything on time. Their billing department was incompetent for submitting claims to my insurance and I had to call them many times just to get them to submit the claims properly. Recommend to find somewhere else and be aware of a huge amount of great reviews, not sure how they got them.

The dentist was great too but he did remove his mask towards the end while standing up and explained my treatment plan. He did maintain distance but was still in the room with me so that made me a little uncomfortable. I also wished they could elaborate more on preventive measure for future reference in addition to treatment. Overall, I am satisfied with my first cleaning visit here and will return for appointments.

The attitude of the staff was unprofessional. The referral was given to a surgeon that was not covered by our insurance. When I asked for a different referral, they refused. There was no interest for the welfare of the 10 year old child that it was affecting. Very petty staff. I would never recommend this location to family or friends.
