This review is not based on the fact that this little gem is located in a gas station. Nor is based on cleanliness, friendly or quick service. No no because if it was I would give it 1 star. This review is solely based on the shrimp po boy. Sure I was starving, but this po boy was absolutely delicious. My bf and I shared a 12in, more than enough. Both agreed the shrimp was cooked to perfection, who knew a gas station employee could cook this good? Tender shrimp on the inside, not overcooked like fried shrimp sometimes are, and crispy outer layer. Also perfectly seasoned and went well in the po boy sandwich. Mmmmm. Will def stop be here for a quick eat on our way back up!
Update: I just got sick. Thank goodness there was a rest stop close, like really, thank u God. I am almost positive, and very sorry to say, I think it was from the Po Boy :(
