This is a separate run shop - not a chain and i think that makes it more individual and original. They stock some good bargains on tvs and washers and vaccuums which they have an impressive choice in store. They also do other electrical items at decent prices too and they also sell accessories and spares and have a repair service too. The shop is like a little alladins cage because they sell so much stuff. The interior of the shop is nice and spacious and clean and easy to get around by disbled persons. There are no steps at the entrance so that is ok for disabled access too.. The staff are nice and friendlyl.

They were the cheapest quote for fitting a new arial and installing two points in the house. The man who fitted the arial turned up on time and had the job done in less than an hour. Whilst he was there i asked if he would remove the two old satellite dishes on the roof which he did for free. He even took them away to be disposed off. Would recommend if you need a new TV arial fitting.

Just a glance in their window will demonstrate just how much they have on offer - literally tons of different electrical goods. They had a really quirky looking CD player system with a mini TV on it - something which had me mesmerised for a little while. All that was a mere £150 - which I didn't think too bad considering my original CD/mini disc/tape player was £200 about five years ago! They had a range of electircals including TVs, CD players - even a vacuum for £25. Where possible they do same day delivery, which is great but also a bit dangerous, as it makes it rather tempting to do a bit of an impulse buy. Another awesome feature is that they offer a repairs service that is guaranteed to fix almost anything of the electrical nature - pretty much if it plugs in they can probably sort it. Pretty awesome stuff.

I bought a TV aerial; we weren't…read moresure which type we needed but we described clearly our requirements and were recommended to buy a certain product - the man guaranteed "100%" that it would be the correct item for our purpose. When I got home we found out that we had been sold an incorrect item - it simply didn't fit in the wall socket. We just needed a different end fitting. Took the item back for a refund (a day later, unopened from it's packaging) and the man was very rude, and reluctant to give a refund even though he sold us the wrong product! He was very arrogant and tried to put the blame on us for choosing the wrong product - when he had in fact made the error. I will never go here again. An awful experience from a customer service point of view; be warned
