Therefore, we went back to the store (with a receipt) to return them & get his money back. They apparently only offer store credit on a gift card for most returns. I don't mind wearing a men's work boot, but I wear a women's size 9. For women with smaller feet, I don't know that they would find something to fit them. Took so long for them to deliver that I thought they went out of business. They claimed that they never received any of my emails or calls. After trying again and again I finally did get an order from them that was neither complete nor well done. Some of the silk screened shirts were smudged as if the screen was moved during the process and I didn't receive the number or sizes of shirts that I actually ordered. I placed another order in October 2014, never received it. I received no return calls and when I finally did get someone on the line in January 2015 they "couldn't find my folder" and asked me to submit my order via email. Called in February 2015 and the email was mysteriously never received. At this point I'm just going to go somewhere else and pay another screen fee and forget about Macri's altogether. They are the least organized business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Please do yourself a favor. Save your sanity and keep your blood pressure down by going elsewhere.
