I don't have as much of a problem with that as I do his attitude, the owner acts like he is doing you a favor by selling you something. I don't know if this was just a one off thing or if this is the quality that they always produce but the image is definitely subpar. The text is not clear or crisp and the entire image itself is gritty and bumpy. You can't even tell what it says if you're standing 4 feet away from it. It's also very thick/stiff and plastic feeling as well. It doesn't move freely with the shirt. It's not at all what I would expect for a $119 shirt order. All three of the hoodies that I purchased are like this. I'm kind of embarrassed that I spent $40 a piece on these. I hate writing bad reviews. It always makes me feel terrible. These were just not good quality or what I was expecting at all. :(
