There is no way to contact them by phone so left multiple voice mails, we waited for an hour and even after few days they did not call back. The money was not fully refundable and then we were asked to pay an additional 15 Euro tax. If not done in 5 days they would send an collection agency called Graydon... We feel so badly treated by this company, we will never make use of them again and want to warn you before you do

I was able to get so much more sightseeing done without having a giant pack on my shoulders. The employees were all super friendly and efficient, and the place was clean and easy to find. It's half a block away from a team station, and only a few minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal. Plus there's a bar right next door if you need to grab a quick drink or snacks before your journey!
