We entered the store and met an unassuming young man named Ben. After asking a few questions he brought our 3 pairs of shoes to fit me. Then he brought out 12 more pairs of shoes to fit me. Two important points; 1. He worked his but off and I believe he does this for every customer. 2. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from him. In my 74 years of living I have NEVER!!!!! purchased more than 1 pair of shoes at a time. My wife also purchased 2 pairs of shoes (1 on backorder) Ben brought out 8 pairs of shoes to fit my wife's foot. A great young man with great work ethic who knows shoes. Go to Woldruffs and ask for Ben. He is a great representative of Woldruffs. Oh one more point. As he packaged our shoes Ben tied up the shoelaces as they were originally and , wait for it, He walked us to the door and held the door open for us as we left.

We went in today looking for shoes for my oldest son. We found the skeletoes shoes on sale and some comfortable cushy sandals on sale. On top of it they were having a BOGO sale. I was so exited. But then I was disappointed to find they didn't have his size in one of the shoes. So I took both pairs up and talked to an associate named Carson. I asked if he could find my son's size at another store in the area. He found them in a couple stores thru the computer. Then he called those stores to double check on the stock. Once he for sure had a lock on some he asked them to hold the shoes until we got there (also offered to have them shipped over). Then he said we could pay for the pair we found that were the right size and take the receipt to the other store and they would still give us the BOGO offer. How awesome was that?
