I have sold a saddle to this company via their trade in program, for a new one with this shop and purchased a used saddle on a separate encounter. The saddle I sold to them on trade, they purchased from me at the same price the double J dealer was going to repurchase from me, however their selection of saddles to trade to were much more robust for options. As soon as the saddle was received by them, they processed my overpayment and had the new saddle I was buying on trade ordered and sent out along with the other tack, breastcollar & cinch, I had ordered to go with it. I worked with Josh and the entire process was seamless. The used saddle I purchased from them was well represented and came as expected. Would purchase from them again.
