I had three pair of shoes that needed to be resurrected... the taps on two of my favorite heels needed to be replaced and the straps on another pair needed to be repaired. Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out! With prices ranging from reasonable ($50 for mustard yellow suede peep toe wedge sling backs) to higer end ($350 for leather peep stilletos by Stuart Weitzman), there is a nice selection of footware for all price points. Stephanie (the owner) is extremely friendly, but not pushy. Attentive and acknowledging when you enter the store, even if she is in the middle of helping another customer and handling the phone. My only disappointment was the "accessories". I was hoping for a few displays of unique earrings, creative bracelets and complementing necklaces. While this area of the business is lacking, the shoe selection shines.

I was told this shop was the best place to get shoes refreshed. When I picked up my six shoes, the leather uppers were scuffed, there was glue on the leather, the new rubber soles had residual glue not wiped off, and had been cut a little too much. I took them back and waited in the lobby for them. I imagine whoever worked on them was in a rush, tired or blind because the shoes came back looking pretty much the same. I didn't bother asking to finish the shoe as it was already pointless with my two attempts at getting the shoes decent. I would never recommend this place to anyone if you have a pair of shoes you really love. Terrible experience. I do not recommend.

The owner of the store was very rude and basically called my husband a liar. The owner was not willing to do make it right and replace his boots since they misplaced them.
