The person who did the piercing botched it, requiring me to see my doctor. I subsequently had the piercing done by a licensed piercing shop. When I asked Claires for my money back, they refused because I did not have a photo of the botched piercing. Claires never informed me beforehand that I would need a photo to document their mistake. This store is a complete scam and should be completely avoided by all consumers. If I could give it negative stars I would.
