My husband was looking for new work shoes last night. We went to Ross and Marshalls, having no luck at all at either place. I mentioned this place, thinking we could at least check them out. For some reason I was sure we were going to walk in to find off-brand shoes. Not the case at all! They have TONS of shoes for men, women, and children. Dress shoes, tennis shoes, sandals, all of that and more. And no knockoff brands at all! At least none that I saw. My husband ended up getting a pair of Rockport dress shoes that were originally priced at $140 for $40. Such a good deal! Now that's not to say that everything in there is in lower in price than you'd find at department store, etc. That was just good luck on his part. I actually left so frustrated because they have TONS of Chacos...and all of them in my size. Why was this frustrating? It's frustrating because I bought a pair T the Flip Flop shop on the mall a few weeks back. Their selection in my size (8) was incredibly limited. Like down to a couple of pair. I should have walked out and looked elsewhere, but I honestly hadn't seen Chacos anywhere else so I thought I had scored big time by finding the ones there. Little did I know there was a freakin' to ton choose from right down the street from me. And some were on sale!!! Bahhhh!!!! Anyway, good to know for the future. Besides shoes they have t-shirts and purses, some jewelry. The store is large and very well stocked. We only encountered one employee as we were checking out, and she was friendly. If you check in on Yelp there is a coupon! Even more incentive to stop by!

They didn't attempt to upsell me or force anything I didn't need (bought a full tux w/tails). I put everything on and I was in front of a mirror shortly after getting measured for hem and a couple other alterations. All together the price I paid for a tux was cheaper than renting. demanded me and my partner leave and threatened us…read more i picked up an item and was called over by my partner who wanted help looking for a particular belt i went over and saw a belt that caught my eye and wanted to try it on to see if it would look good on me i had a HotTopic bag with me as i had just made a purchase there i wasn't thinking properly and placed the item i had picked up moments before in that HotTopic bag and put the bag around my arm i did this so i could have both hands available for trying on this belt i liked right as i was trying on the belt, a man approached us and demanded i "give it back" (the item i had not taken out of store bounds) and also demanded that my partner give him the belt my partner was debating on purchasing i was completely caught off guard and confused and just did as he asked as i'm putting the belt back on the rack and getting the item i had placed in the HotTopic bag, this man proceeds to threaten us with law enforcement saying we would go to jail if i didn't give him the item as i'm clearing doing just that he then makes us leave, following behind us i don't do well with spontaneous confrontation my mind went completely blank when this strange man approached the side of me and started demanding things of me i wish i could've said something in the moment that it was happening he clearly thought i was stealing but if he were to really be paying attention, he'd see i had a HotTopic bag, suggesting i had money to purchase from there why would i buy something worth $30 then choose to steal something not even worth that much from the neighboring store ? i did not appreciate how we were treated
