The store has the cutest selection of shoes, clothes, and accessories, and they're always getting in new arrivals that feel super fresh and on-trend. I also love that they carry pieces you won't find anywhere else in town. Whether I need a game day outfit, a gift, or just a little something to treat myself, I always find it here. It has a large jewelry and fragrance section. This holiday season, I'll be getting some of the ladies in my family box sets of luxurious bath and body care items. There are lots of perfume and men's cologne sampler packs that would also make good gifts. There is also a home section with lots of bedding sets, dishes and silverware. Again, some really great gift opportunities. Workers were all over the store and they asked many times if I needed assistance with anything. I plan to shop there more often in the future. It's nice that I can get a lot of shopping needs done without going to Tulsa or OKC.

I checked the size chart and ordered the appropriate size but when it arrived it was extremely too large. I couldn't find any information on the website about how to do an exchange so I called the customer service number and was told the gift recipient would have to pay shipping to send the item back and then reorder it, at a higher price, and pay for shipping again. When I told them this is horrible because she just wanted to smaller size, they said the only way to exchange is in store. The nearest store is almost 1,800 miles away. I'll never purchase anything from them again.

There are definite sections in this store, so it's not like a giant garage sale. When this store opened there were a ton of discounted designer bags. As time went on those brands slowly disappeared, but I found out they bring those bags specifically to newly opened stores to build business, then they slowly trickle them out. The handbag selection they have is still nice though. They also carry tons of shoes, luggage, bedding, home goods, kitchen supplies, baby toys and clothes, perfume...tons of stuff, all at a decent price. The workers aren't really that friendly, but there's no telling what they have to put up with from their customers (it is a college town after all). Definitely a great addition to Stillwater.

At worst, Walls is a kind of dirty liquidator-type-ish store with silly merchandise and staff who can be kind of cranky (hey, they're dealing with some weird customers...). At best, it's full of things I really want and I end up paying way less than I'd pay elsewhere. Recently, they had a bed bath & beyond set of merchandise. I got lots of kitchen stuff including a popcorn maker, pots and pans, grilling implements, and a dish rack all for less than half of the original price! They've also had things from urban outfitters, big department stores, and country-western wear stores. Just make sure you know what you're buying, not everything is the greatest deal ever... I wouldn't recommend buying computers, software, or food items here. Purchasing cosmetics or personal care items might be sketchy here. As I mention, the store is pretty dirty/warehousey, especially compared to a department store or even a target. So, I usually stick to buying things I can wash (clothing, durable goods). Also, if you do use their fitting rooms, the women's one is pretty dusty/dirty and very small. Don't expect to be able to put your own clothes on any clean surface while you're trying their clothes on. Use a hanger!

The store is sectioned nicely with kind of an organized chaos feel. Every section is crammed full of items so sometimes it can take some digging to find what you're looking for, but that's part of the fun. Checkout is usually quick even if the line is long, and they have an automated voice telling you which cashier to go to when it's your turn. I always enjoy checking out the skincare, purses, and random food section for hidden gems.
