The pharmacist are friendly and sympathetic to everyone who comes in the door. They do their jobs will remaining so human about their craft. I appreciate them, and their staff very much. If you miss the old staff from FoodWorld Pharmacy, you will find a couple of them working here! Come give them a try! I promise you will not go back to your big box pharmacy.

Sadly, chain appears fading…read more Shelves half stocked, many prescriptions, otc meds, "we'll have it tomorrow" requiring two trips, more if not yet rec'd. Bought electronic CVS brand medical device, half function failed w in two wks, I called pharmacist (very nice by the way) who confirmed none on shelf but expected in next shipment, check in few days. Checked, not in. Few days later remaining function failed. Took dead unit back for refund, had copy of cc statement w me showing date and more charged than unit cost so unit not broken out. Assistant mgr handled the matter said no refund cuz I had bought "almost" 5 wks ago(actually, 4 wks to the day) and I didn't have the receipt, only the cc statement. He checked his computer, said last one they had sold was the date on my receipt. I pointed out yes, the defunct unit on the counter! He talked to pharmacist who remembered my calls about that item, said they would replace if they had one, but shelf was empty, none in latest shipment. I pointed out it was a CVS branded item, w at least a one yr warranty, return to any CVS for replacement or refund. But they couldn't replace, wouldn't refund even though their computer showed their last one had been purchased on the date on my cc statement. Finally, after far too long they gave me a gift card for the full amt. This sad, the people who work there are very nice, helpful, but hampered by the accountant beancounters trying to squeeze out the last $.01 of profit, DAMN THE CUSTOMERS! Beancounters like this who focus solely on maximizing profit can't seem to understand, wo satisfied customers a retail co is doomed.

I booked my appointment online, as I did with my first one, and arrived 15 minutes before my appointment to get checked in and fill out paperwork. The pharmacy staff were pleasant and the whole process went smoothly just like the first time . I urge everyone who is able to get vaccinated do it so that we can tell COVID to kick rocks!
