I booked my appointment online, as I did with my first one, and arrived 15 minutes before my appointment to get checked in and fill out paperwork. The pharmacy staff were pleasant and the whole process went smoothly just like the first time . I urge everyone who is able to get vaccinated do it so that we can tell COVID to kick rocks!

I had to stare at 1 of the 7 women working before Goodman asked if I'd been helped. They ALL knew I hadn't been helped, I mean c'mon. I was there waiting to be helped long enough to hear them discuss with each other immigration, church, how to do a pay out, and 1 woman was on her personal phone. Watching the staff piddle around with no customers in the store while I stand there un-greeted is insanely unprofessional. As soon as I finally got helped the lady learning how to do a payout was more than happy to start helping a customer behind me that just walked in. Feeling less important than a payout is enough to never come back. Go elsewhere if you can. Incredible waste of time.

If I could give a 0 Star review, here is where it would go…read more After being given the wrong medication 2 separate times, I was then told I couldn't get the medication I needed because one of the medications THEY MISTAKENLY GAVE ME, would be too many of a particular type/class of drug?!?! (My husband picked up both times and didn't look to see what was in the bag. You CANNOT, BY LAW, take back a RX) I've also been "waiting" for a medication this man could not clearly explain WHY they wouldn't fill it, beyond "regardless of when the prescription came in, I'm gonna give it to the person that's been here 11 years over someone that has only been here 1year" So if I have an unfilled prescription, WAITING A MONTH to fill, if someone he knows better comes in with the same prescription...they will get it first. HE ACTUALLY SAID THAT OUT LOUD FOLKS. To top this HORRIFYING, in person experience with the Pharmacist Lee, I was then told I could "go ask another pharmacist if I thought he was lying" Who in the WORLD talks to someone like that?!!? Sadly, we left out Pharmacy of 25 years to come and be treated like this‍ No Thank you I will find every place I can possibly review this Business, up to and including the BBB and Chamber of Commerce. The pharmacist are friendly and sympathetic to everyone who comes in the door. They do their jobs will remaining so human about their craft. I appreciate them, and their staff very much. If you miss the old staff from FoodWorld Pharmacy, you will find a couple of them working here! Come give them a try! I promise you will not go back to your big box pharmacy.
