Shively is the most crooked city in Kentucky. I reported an officer and his wife for Elderly abuse and Chief Higdon not only put me under investigation with the Shepherdsville Police. But just minutes after I dropped off a letter about the officer and his wife Chief Higdon called me up pretending to be an attorney from the Brooks & Hendricks Law Firm. I have the recording to prove it. The Brooks & Hendricks Law Firm were contacted by me, because they handle Elderly Abuse Cases. The Mayor never did anything to the Officer or Chief Higdon and wouldn't even return my phone calls. Then I find out she was arrested on a DUI at a Fast Food place. The officer's wife went to Shepherdsville Officer Mike Smith after she texted me 3 times and told me to text her and then told Officer Mike Smith that I was harassing her. Mike Smith is her husband's best friend of 30 years and they worked together at the West Buechle Station. I know that for a fact because I met their old Sargent. Officer Bacon's wife had been illegally tapping my cell phone using (502) 599-4855, which is 1 digit from her mother's. Sprint gave me a one paragraph letter stating that she was receiving all my text messages and then when she found out I knew she changed her number. If Chief Higdon wasn't lazy and upheld the law he could easily find out. I have the texts, videos from her own father saying she drugged him among other things. I even have a video of this officer standing up in church saying that the former Mayor was gonna fire Chief Higdon, and hire him as the new Police Chief. Supposedly Chief Higdon's wife committed suicide. For the last 4 months Verizon has said that someone is on my account and my data has doubled to 83 and now 99gb. Right after leaving the letter I wrote with Chief Higdon Officer Bacon's and his wife began to go to all the previous churches that I used to go to in Jacksonville, Elkton, Fremont and Shepherdsville with the purpose of trying to make me into some dangerous church gunman. Then they stuck their nose in the sale of a car to me in 2014. Just days before the father passed he called 2 people to his house to tell them that he needed a psychiatrist to help him deal with his children. I have them on video. They regularly threatened him and told him that when he is gone they will try to destroy me. Just a week before the father died I borrowed $200 from him and wrote a check for the amount and in the memo I put loan. I had him tell his secretary so that his kids couldn't use it against me. I was having trouble making a car payment and though he wanted to give me the $200 as a gift. I would not take it except as a loan. Then 3 days before he died I had paid back $120 of it. Then the Father died in a car wreck 75 miles away. Within 24 hours the Blevens children went into his house and found the check and forged the father's signature and put it in the bank 6 days after he died and then the oldest son put it on facebook, with my personal information and account number on there, with a post that said I take advantage of elderly people and that I embezzled thousands of dollars from the father. But they forgot to include that Officer Bacon had direct access to that account and that the same elderly son had already removed thousands of dollars from those accounts when the officer's wife drugged him and put him in an ambulance on May 25th, 2019. While he was in the hospital his daughter, Officer Bacon and the oldest son tried to get him into the Masonic Home and when that failed she tried to put him in Hosperus by lying to them and telling them that he was terminal. The Father George stood up in a couple of different church services and said his daughter tried to kill him. This was after she took away his Zytiga pills that were controlling his Cancer and then lied to Hosperus and tried to put him on Hosperus for a second time by lying to Hosperus and telling them that he was terminal, when the Zytiga was controlling his Cancer and making it so it wasn't spreading. Then when George asked me to rake him to Norton and then to First Urology to see if one of those doctors pulled the plug on him. Officer Bacon's wife and her Brother issued a golden alert and claimed that I kidnapped George. But when we got back to Shepherdsville George asked the Police Officer to make it so that his daughter does not come around his house anymore. George stood up in church one day and said how much his children hated him and his daughter said we love you dad and then George said "yeah like a rattlesnake"! When Chief Higdon heard about what they did he did nothing. I have a bunch of witnesses, medical documents, bills, court documents, videos and other things, which is why Mayor Beverly won't ask to see my evidence and meet with me.
