I went to the Deli where I waited for 20 minutes because one girl was working. Two girls and and manager came behind the counter. The manager asked me what I needed and then just took off. There were 6 other people in line. Then I go to the meat dept. where a man was putting everything up because there was no one to work. This was at 3:00 pm in the afternoon! There were boxes in the floor unopened and the place was a mess! Someone help this store please!

The only seat there was an old filthy desk chair with ripped up fabric. The lady doing the fingerprinting hardly said anything and yawned again and again (it was 11:00am). The equipment was very dusty. it took her a long time to fingerprint me, rolling each finger around on the machine several times. Terrible experience! But before I even came to this office, I had made an appointment to go to the office at 9421 Viking Center Dr, 40222, inside the AAA building. Less than 24 hours after making my appointment, I arrived at the office to get my fingerprints. I walked into the AAA building and a sign said "Identogo closed". The lady at the desk said the equipment had been down for a week! Ok, but they allowed me to make my appointment there and did not reach out to me before I wasted a trip? I'd like my $54 back! What a scam.

So with a trip coming up, my husband and I decided to get TSA PreCheck. And this is the office we were sent to to complete this. We easily made an appointment via the TSA site, though the next available time was a month out, about a week before our trip. This ended up being OK, though, because we were approved roughly a day after completing our intake in this office. For our appointment, we came to the office building at 4010 DuPont. It worked best to enter via the back corner entrance and then take the elevator to the fourth floor. The two women who were there when we came were able to quickly guide us through the process of scanning our passports, answering questions and having our photos taken. We were in and out in 10 minutes. And I'm sure I will be so happy I got PreCheck when I'm at the airport in a few days, whizzing through the security line.

Due to my affiliation with my buddy's company, i have done a lot of trade shows around the country…read moreso i have seen quite a few convention centers. Overall i would say that this location is pretty decent as far a convention centers go. The convention center has quite a bit of space for being 3 levels, and if you include the annex section across the street, it actually has quite a bit of capacity to fit a number of differrent size shows. Overall it seem like most of the AV equipment is pretty modern and the decor is decent as well where you dont feel like the place is "dated". Location wise the center is in the heart of the downtown area with a number of hotel options from most major brands. You also have a pretty robust downtown area with various food options but it could use more variety as most places in the area serve some particular version of what i would consider pub food. Food overall in the convention hall is actually not bad, we had breakfast and lunch. I would say the breakfast could use more options as all 3 days we were there it was the same thing for breakfast every day. For lunch the menu was switched up each day which was nice for the variety. Quality was decent and the staff seemed to be attending the service so it went by quickly. For coffee and snack service they provide a couple of options which was mainly a prepackaged bar of some sorts. Since i wasnt involved in planning for the event, i cant really comment on freight services or from the perspective of a vendor.

I've been to a few comic cons over the span of 8 years and I have came to the conclusion that the…read moreConvention Center is absolutely TERRIBLE at keeping a comic con. The building is actually very nice and spacious. I've never felt like I was on top of people. I've seen where there are graduations taken place here. You would think since there was a lot of time and money out into the convention center, there would be actual conventions. I've always seen where a new convention would try to come to town and somehow the convention center manages to mess it up so they don't return. I've seen 3 conventions come and go which is sad because if anyone wants to enjoy a comic con, we have to drive at least an hour out of the city. I just feel like the Convention Center has potential to be great but since they can't keep anyone, it just sits there. They could be so much better if they were more cooperative with their events

We opted for the office closest to our house which is the Fairdale branch. There are plenty of free parking spaces in the lot. Once we entered the office the waiting room was full. We took the next number which was 39 and found a seat to wait. The number being served was 17. It was about a 45 minute wait. Daymara was the clerk who assisted us. She was friendly, polite and effieient. She had to fax the info to Frankfort to have the title released from the finance company and said it would take 5 to 10 minutes. She asked us to step aside so she could assist another customer while we waited for a response from Frankfort. Once she finished with the next customer she promptly called us back to her window and completed the necessary paperwork and we were done. Kind of a hassle to spend an hour when our transaction literally took 2 minutes but that is the process.

But every X number of years, a person needs to renew their drivers license. UGH, amirite?! So, you want to get it done as quickly and painlessly as possible. As it turns out, this location (downtown, near the courthouse area) is close enough to my office that I can walk there if need be. Which is good because I don't also end up having to pay to park when I already pay to park monthly somewhere downtown. I could also go during a normal break at work, at any time of day, rather than having to fight with traffic at rush hour or after school times to get to a further out location. I was also able to get here right when they opened for the day. So I was the first person in the door. The building is older and the A/C doesn't work great, but the woman working was still pretty pleasant and friendly. I was in an out in no time! In fact...I left my desk at 8:15am, and I was back at the office and in my chair with my renewed license in my hand by 8:50am. Not too shabby!
