They have their basics covered with a couple selections from Cuba, Dominican, and Nicaraguan. The accesories are the regular items you would find in a cigar shop; lighters, cutters, butane ect. The humidor is a decent size and accomodates a nice variety of cigars in all sizes. The prices are about the same as you would pay anywhere else. The staff treated me with a smile and took care in wraping my cigars. Over all a nice little shop.

Last night I bought a bong from them…read moreand after the first hit I felt something was off with it, I cleaned the bong and found out it had a manufacturing defect as shown in the photos. I took it back to the store in less than 24hrs and man were I hugely disappointed! The requests I made were very sensible, they were either: 1) Repair it, 2) Exchange it, 3) Refund me. They said nope can't do any, we will refund you only 65% of the original price and take the bong back from you because you used it, and btw I was the one who honestly admitted using it for one hit only, although I cleaned and dried it really well, there were no traces or smells left whatsoever, and I could have kept that piece of information to myself. I refused to give it back to them and settle for less than the full price because I know they will put it back on the shelves and try selling it to another customer. I kept trying to reason with them in the most logical way but nothing, in the end the guy chased me out of the store and told me he has work to do and I was wasting his precious time, I asked for the Manager's number he said cannot give it. I was very disappointed at their lack of professionalism. If there are negative stars I'd give them. And again avoid them at all costs!!! I vape too, and I believe I dodged a huge bullet here.

The weather was hot, the streets were buzzing and I really wanted to treat myself to a cigar without breaking the bank (and without smoking a crap cigar). I'd been meaning to check out Havana Castle since it opened nearly a year ago, but either never had the time or opportunity. Now I found myself out front of their doors with time to spare - hooray! So I went in and WOW, I know where they've been sending all the extra cigars during the US/Cuba trade embargo - this place is stacked! Wall to wall cigars and cigar accessories as well as, hookahs, and the occasional "herbal" smoking appliance. But don't get me wrong, this is no head shop, this is a premium cigar joint. Even their walk-in humidor was massive and lined with the finest in every kind and size (and price point) cigar an aficionado (or aspiring one like myself) could hope for. I got to talking to the owner, who the average person might seem a little kurt, but once you got him talking he was the nicest and friendliest business owner I've met in awhile. He helped me find the perfect cigar for my budget and taste, before telling me about how much he loves his regular customers and how proud he is that these regulars are great people - it's true! He's got a great cast of gentlemen sitting out front swapping stories and smoking stogies, I swear it's like what I imagine old Havana to be like! Yesterday I bought a vape and it stopped working today, so I twisted It out to use it in a…read moredifferent battery and when I did that a wire came out with the cartridge. So I guess it was from the battery anyhow. So I put the cartridge in a different battery that I have and it still didn't work and I had a few more cartridges that I had bought from the same place and they worked. So it was specifically this one cartridge that wouldn't work. So I'm explaining that to the guy behind the counter and you know he's being very pleasant, but he's almost acting like how unfortunate of a situation it is... Which I was wondering why would he be behaving this way? Isn't he just going to replace it? So I asked him I said so are you going to replace it or what happens from here? And he said oh no we don't replace them and I said but I just bought it yesterday I paid like 40 bucks for it and he said yeah no we don't do that. I was completely beside myself as I literally just paid 40 bucks for it yesterday and clearly it's the battery they gave me or it's the cartridge like it has nothing to do with me and so he gives me a piece of paper with yocan written on it and battery beside it I guess maybe I'm supposed to get hold of yocan and then underneath it it says back 40 cush mint that was the flavor of my cartridge LOL. So I don't know how that is supposed to help me When I'm gone out of your store so I get home anyways and I totally see that there's these random stupid things written on the paper makes no sense. So I call the store to try and find out what's going on because there's no way on Earth that I'm going to get screwed over for my 40 bucks. I literally go shopping there almost every single day of the week like I spend so much money there. It's outrageous!! So yeah I call the store back and the guy that was on the phone seemed really pleasant and I'm not sure what's going to happen from here. If I'm going to get some kind of help with this cartridge of mine or if they're just literally going to just act like it's no big deal because the guy said to me. Yeah that's not our problem like that your vape stopped working or your battery broke. That's not his problem. So whose problem is it? I gave you my $40 for the vape and then I gave you the 20 bucks for the battery. Like whose problem does this become.... There's also a stoked around here amongst a couple of other weed stores that I used before. Friendly stranger came in the neighborhood. See because friendly stranger I've been using since these weed stores came into effect. So once they moved into my neighborhood I naturally went and started using them. Well, that's not going to happen anymore when I use the other place around here. Stoked! If something happens to your vape or anything that you have, they will deal with it. They stand behind their name... So I was you know mortified you know losing with the battery like you know almost 60 bucks right? So I will no longer be using friendly stranger and I don't recommend any of you use it if you value your money because if something happens to anything you buy from them they are not responsible for it. They will not help you. They are just not interested so I'll be going back to stoked where they stand behind their product. They stand behind their name and yeah like a legitimate business should I'm going to give this five stars only because I do not want to give it one star or it will go right to the bottom and people need to read this. Like when you go to their store they should tell you when you first walk in and become a client. Just so you know we do not stand behind our name. We do not stand behind our products. Just know that before you spend your money here!! Signed.
