Had a great experience with this company. They took on a 400 tshirt order that I needed in 3 days and got it done. Then even delivered the shirts to my office in Ferndale. Stress free / Great work. I would highly recommend this company as the original company I went with a mile away told me they couldn't get the order done in time. THEY HAD 3 weeks. Seems weird these guys took 2 days. This is now called Steiner Silk and screenprinting or Steiner sportswear. Over multiple emails and multiple times telling me that he would ship my missing shirt the next day and give tracking information-he failed to do so. In one of the last emails he said "You will get your shirt-understand that" 3 months after placing the order and over than two months of being told he's sending the next day I have yet to receive the shirt I paid for and he has stopped replying to emails. I see now he has changed the name of the business three times. Do NOT do business with this company!!! read more

We placed an order for jerseys on November 9th. They did not arrive until January 10th. When they did arrive, there was ink on the insides of the shirts, as though when they were silkscreened nothing was placed between the front and back of the shirt to prevent the ink from bleeding through the holes in the jersey material. When I went to wash them, the customized names on the backs of the shirts all came off in the dryer. Every other screenprinting company has been able to turn an order around in a couple of weeks. The two-month turnaround time plus the poor quality on the jerseys are enough: I will not be using shirtbelly again. read more

This company has caused me nothing but stress. I am appalled and in disbelief of the horrible treatment I received here. I waited for three weeks for 50 screen print shirts and 6 embroidered polo style shirts for my new company. Mark was the man who was helping for the most part. Telling me my order is almost ready and I will call you to come pick it up on several occasions and NEVER Calling me back. I was calling him every morning and he would constantly give me a reason to why my order is not finished. Finally I decide to go up there AGAIN after mark himself told for the last time he will be sure to call me by 4pm to pick my orders up. Before I went, I called 3 times and to my surprise no answer. As I walk in the door I am approached by a man (I didn't get his name). Before I can get hello out my mouth he goes "you been dealing with mark you need to talk to mark". I ask where is Mark he goes he's not here he had an emergency. I immediately go into I want my money back or my order. I asked him to see 1 shirt. Just so I can know the work was being done. He would not show me anything. Telling me he doesn't know where it is. How you don't know where it is and Mark told me you guys were working on finishing it up. "You gotta talk to Mark". I threaten to call the police because I didn't know what else to do. So he threatens to call the police on me and I'm like "Why"? He said I was trespassing. At this point I felt irrated. He pretended to call Mark and told me he will have my money in the morning. This all started April 16th when I made my order. got my money back May 10. When I went to get my money back. Mark was so nasty to me would not have a listen to me as to what happened and how disrespectful his employee was to me. Threw my money on the counter and told me he seen the camera as if I posed a threat. Here today I am in search of work being done a whole month LATE. He showed no sympathy when I told him this is for my company and I really need these shirts. No Respect for another small business owner at all. Hard to believe when so many people support you MARK! Had an absolutely awful experience with this company and would not ever go back again. I placed my order for tshirts the beginning of April. It took them 3 weeks to "supposedly" ship out. I never received my confirmation for shipping and was only aware that this happened because I called them. After a week, I called again because I had not received them. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. Two days later, I had to call again. They said there was a problem with the shipping company, and they would be getting the shirts back in a day or two and would personally deliver them to my house this time. When I called again a few days later because I hadn't heard from them, they told me they would be shipping them out again. I refused and chose to drive to Eastpoint and pick them up myself. When I arrived, the owner never apologized once. The screen printing was the wrong color. When I told him it was irritating that it took so long for me to get these, his response was "thank you". 10/10 would NOT recommend. EVER. read more
