I was lead to believe that there'd be a 7 day refund policy, under the condition that it remains in original condition. Fair enough. My bathroom renovator had to attempt to INSTALL it to see that it would not fit our shower settings. Upon return, the owner and his daughter were unprofessional and belligerent, clearly not keen to honour their company policy. They insisted that it was USED ... because I had to see that it couldn't fit. They had zero concessions or regard for the customer experience, all they were obsessed with was losing money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There are heaps of bathroom places in the area, I would hit up National Apollo or even Bunnings before setting foot in this place! Worst decision I've made on a consumer level.

We had searched everywhere but the item we wanted was out of stock. I saw the store as I drove by, pulled over and rang the number. I explained my dilemma and that I was across the road, the lady on the phone went above and beyond to find the item which they had very few left, then opened the door for me after closing and let me purchase the item and walked me to the door and wished me a wonderful day. After many tries at their direction, I returned the product. The Mitre 10 staff spent a lot of time working out the problem, correcting the issue and placed the completed product in my car boot.
