Adams Appliances had been recommended by Sunbeam. One week later I had a message to say that my machine was ready to be picked up. I was told what had been done to make the machine work correctly and shown the part which had been replaced. My machine was out of warranty for over twelve months but Sunbeam kindly provided the parts at no charge to me. I had only to pay the repair charge which I consider very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Adams Appliances for any repairs.
