So if you buy a brand new Rolex and it requires service within the first 12 months, you have no proof of such a warranty and Rolex will deny it. This awful place claims its to protect the consumer against "flippers" but there's no evidence this practice does that at all. IN fact, it encourages grey market dealers to buy their watches since grey market watches don't come with a warranty.
