We were waiting for at least 15 minutes to be told by a very rude woman in an extremely rude and passive aggressive tone, that we needed to join the queue and were basically told off. It was extremely degrading considering we had been told by another member of staff that we would be served soon. We then left the shop without buying anything as the lady was so rude to us and no customer should be spoke to like that.

The jewellery itself is fairly contemporary, and the designs are unique and unusual sometimes, which makes it a perfect gift for that special present. All the jewellery comes in lovely presentation boxes that are white and blue, and very stylish. The staff are obliging and knowledgeable and the quality of the furnishings within the store makes the whole experience seem more exclusive than it possibly is. Perfect!

Rolex watches come with a 5 year international warranty but you need that warranty card for any warranty claims. So if you buy a brand new Rolex and it requires service within the first 12 months, you have no proof of such a warranty and Rolex will deny it. This awful place claims its to protect the consumer against "flippers" but there's no evidence this practice does that at all. IN fact, it encourages grey market dealers to buy their watches since grey market watches don't come with a warranty. If you are reading this in disbelief, please see the attached email I received from one of their employees. This same gentleman claims that Rolex is aware of this practice and supports it

It can seem quite intimidating because there are locks and security guards but once you are in the staff are lovely and very helpful. If you are not brave enough to go in the windows are worth a loook whilst you dream of winning the lottery. There are all major luxury brands of watch along with many unique bespoke and antique jewelry items. We consilted on of the staff on a piece we had bought in Asia and they were very helpful. They have an amazing selection of mainly women's silver jewellery, from costume to classy and everything in-between. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful when I explained that I was looking for a pair of silver hoops. She rummaged through pretty much all her stock that might contain said item but to no avail. That's when she, and the chap currently working on a piece right there and then, explained how the little shop come factory works. They will attempt to source any item you are looking for with a good enough replica, picture or description. Failing that they will just make up from scratch what you are looking for. For me this is a perfect service as what I am often looking for doesn't seem to exist. So, I'll be popping back in with the nearly right hoops I have already and a handful of adjectives. They also undertake jewellery repairs and aim for a day's turn around on all work undertaken.
