I know everyone is aware that Shipley's sells donuts and all sorts of donut-type goodies. But not everyone knows that from sometime in February up until Mardi Gras, they also bake King Cakes. I discovered this wonderful fact a few years ago and not one year has passed that I haven't bought my seasonal allotment; I can't just buy one and then wait a whole year before I get another shot at the most delicious King Cake I've ever eaten.
