Despite multiple calls from the recipient asking about the second claim, no one ever called back. I also called the owner directly and left a message, but this is still not resolved. When I went in personally to ask for the owner, one of the counter employees was rude from the start instead of trying to help. This store showed poor packing practices, poor follow-up, and poor customer service. I would strongly caution others against trusting them with valuable or fragile items.

Once I got to the front, he took the time to explain everything to me and made sure everything was handled properly. The only downside was that he appeared to be working by himself. They definitely need another person there to help keep things moving and cut down on the wait time for customers. He was doing the best he could while handling everything on his own.
