The first problem was that while the bar maid was serving us ahe started talking to her colleague about how the dishwasher wasn't working and all the glasses were dirty. Erm, gross. Secondly they had BBC news blasting out of 3 TVs SO LOUD. We went into the 'Kings Lounge' which was the furthest point from the TVs but we could still hear it loudly.
