The shrimp tempura was tasty but it felt a little over cooked. The Brussels sprouts were amazing, they had a spicy sauce and shaved tuna flakes, and they were my second favorite dish of the night. Not because it's bad, but because you simply don't need it. The food here is made in an incredibly flavorful manner where nothing more needs to be added to it. Truly not something you see very often in Sushi restaurants. One primary reason for this, is because most pieces come with Soy Sauce Pearls on them, delivering a perfect balance. At the end of the day this place is not cheap, but in the context of Zurich, it's not crazy expensive either, and far more importantly, it's well worth it, and I'd be happy to come here and the other locations of Kai Sushi many times more in the future.
