Ryan, I tried contacting you through your website but it does not allow contact. There is a tab but it just shows a map. I, too, am unhappy about the change in service. I stopped in the other day and requested that I pay more for cleaning the interior windows. I was told that was no longer an option. Really? Turning down money? I am not sure where I will be able to go for this. We do have the monthly subscription for one vehicle but I don't need it for my pickup. Best quick drive through wash in town. Love how the staff manually pre-hoses the front grill (gets all bug markings off everytime, even better than when I use bug-off spray at home) and backside of the car as you're pulling in, even if you just get the $12 basic wash like I do. Car is always spotless after. Went to Splish Splash across the street once and was so disappointed in comparison, backside of car was still completely dirty after. This is the only place in town where they will wash your car for you. I have a Jeep convertible and I have tried several times to have my car cleaned at this business, to no avail. I pulled in today at 3 p.m. and was told if I wanted a full inside and outside wash it would be an hour and 45 minutes. They also wanted $80 and for me to join a club to get the wash I wanted.it would also be $80 each time I wanted the car clean. I am not nor have I ever been that lazy. I recently cancelled my unlimited membership at Splish-Splash because they were no longer meeting my expectations. I stopped by Shiners to check them out and I was very impressed. I purchased the $50 per month membership which includes unlimited exterior washes with interior wipe down / vacuum. They do a fantastic job! I'm SO glad I made the switch. My car (having taken it to Denver a few times with two dogs this Winter) desperately needs an interior clean. And, if I can get a good exterior wash, more the better. Not having done this on a regular basis before, I did some rather serious on line research or "pre shopping". Your "seasonal" sounded like just the thing I needed while not breaking my wallet. I called to inquire about the details and if an appointment was needed. I was told, "well, now is not a good time". Really. I was told that everyone needed a clean car right now, apparently, and it must have something to do with the recent rainy weather and I could try to come in but it was first come, first serve and I would be there for quite a while if I tried. but.. maybe try to come in first thing, super early. Wow. Okay then. if that's not discouraging, I am not certain what is. still wanting to use your services, I gave it a couple weeks. With "come in first thing" ringing in my ears.... After work on Friday, I cleaned out my car to ensure that everything would be quick and easy for those working on my car. On Saturday, after working my full 40 hour week, I woke up at 6:30am (on a Saturday!) to ensure that I would be there - right at open. I pulled in, I parked. The door was still locked (I was early by one minute, I grant you). I waited. A gentleman came out and asked if he could assist (well done). After explaining what I needed and what I was told, he told me that I could not be serviced at that time. "most of the guys don't even get in until nine" and they could try to help...... but it would be awhile. Oh dear. I left. I will not be back. Having worked in the service industry for nearly 30 years, I am going to use this opportunity to share some of my hard earned tips with you. I hope that you take them for what they are, golden nuggets of opportunity to improve, and heed my advice. Tip #1 (for a reason) NEVER - not ever - NEVER forget that your customers are your life blood. Effectively, every single one signs your paycheck. Though now, there may seem to be an over abundance, trust me, there will be lean periods.... And, it will be your customers that keeps those lights on. You discourage them, you lose a great deal more than your paycheck. Tip # 2 just as important as it is to keep your customers... its important to bring in new ones. All hail "net flows". REPUTATION COUNTS. and, for every person with a great experience that tells 3 people, the rule of thumb is, there will be someone with a lackluster experience that tells TWELVE. say goodbye to your paycheck. I would like to suggest that you don't make it difficult for a new customer to obtain your services. they should not be more concerned with fitting into your schedule..... than you are to theirs. make it nice and easy. signing your paycheck should not have to be difficult. lastly, if you DO have to turn away money, for WHATEVER reason (ouch that hurts), offer an incentive to come back. in the service industry, that is not begging. that is another days paycheck. "im sorry, ma'am we cant fit you in right now" (NEVER tell a customer its a staffing problem.... that aint their problem). "however, if you come back at 11, I promise you that I will get you in right away". "If that is not acceptable, can I offer you a 10% off coupon for a car wash tomorrow?" "at least get the exterior done?" NOTE, lesson ended. if handled this way, I would not be posting a negative review right now. for the world. this is another waste of my time. If handled with the motto of, "customers are our lifeblood", I would be getting my car washed right now. at your establishment. even just the exterior. and, I might even come back for that "seasonal" i tried so hard to get. and, that's just another part of your paycheck. thank you for your attention. read more

I love Shiners! I used to go across the street, but they keep raising their prices and I'm left with a car that isn't very clean. Shiners is a more hands on wash and I'm always pleased with my car afterwards. On Sunday's they do exterior only for $6, that's pretty hard to compete with. I'll continue taking all our vehicles to Shiners. I'm actually going to get the unlimited pass, definitely worth it! read more

This place used to be great... Only reason Im giving it two stars now.... I have been coming to Shiners for 10 years. I am extremely picky about the quality of my wash. I have always gotten a full wash with interior, exterior, vacuum, Armor All inside and out at the very least and it had always cost $48. Occasionally i would get my vehicles hand buffed and waxed. The detail service was always stellar and to par. If something wasn't right it was always taken care of and made right. Since last year, the quality as been rapidly declining and the prices have been exponentially increasing. It started with an extra $15 to vacuum! That is absurd! Now remember when I said I used to pay $48.... well i went in this week and asked for the same wash I always get. The works inside and out with ArmorAll and a vacuum....I was told that Shiners no longer does interior unless I set up and appointment and the cost will be "at least $125" and then was told I can "choose to do that or go somewhere else". So I am choosing to go somewhere else. The customer service, quality of work, pricing, and newly short staffed issue is a direct reflection of new management and ownership! The girl that was helping me was also extremely rude and told me that is how it is and there's nothing I could do. Well you lost my business. I'll detail my vehicle myself and save my hard earned dollars instead of letting you scam them away from me. I strongly encourage any other potential customers to do the same. I strongly home you change your business model back to how it used to be but I somehow don't believe that will happen. You are too focused on creating a new and large profit percentage margin. The best business advice that had ever been given is "You cant take percentages to the bank, You can only take money to the Bank." Basically if you drive more guest count at a lower more fair price you are not only creating value but repeat customers and money will continue to flow. sure you can charge more but you wont have nearly the same guest count as before and will see a significant reduction in profit. On paper a higher percentage margin looks great until you see you lost customers and you're actually losing money. Im sad to say I will now longer support your business do to its new business model. Also the new "minimum wage will increase" is a poor excuse to raise prices especially at the rate you have. Create value and you will create business, the wage increase will then take care of itself. read more

Awesome staff and better clean than across the street! Go see them! They hand dry and take time to be sure your car is spotless!
