I will ALWAYS spend the money to get my car washed here because of these extra amenities. They also offer a car kit which has dashboard wipes/shine, window cleaner wipes, a towel, an air freshener, and baggie for trash! I purchased an unlimited car wash pass in September of 2024, splish splash has charged my account for the last 7 months, unauthorized!!!

Although the carwash it's self is okay, I have to warn anyone who is considering the monthly membership to think twice. I unwittingly allowed the attendant to slap a sticker on my windshield and I am now paying a monthly charge for carwashes on vehicle I no longer own. It is extremely difficult to cancel the membership, and you need the number on the sticker. I would advise you to snap a picture of the number and keep it on your phone; or DON'T DO IT!!! read more

Horrible car wash. Leaves soap on the cars. Called to complain had to leave a message. Never called me back. Do yourself a favor and say no to this one. read more

While I was greeted promptly that was the only good service offered. I select the $20 wash, wheels , and wax packages. When I pulled my jeep out of the wash and it dried it looked like it had hardly been touched. The guy who ran a soapy mop across my front bumper and grill couldn't even be concerned with getting it all the way across the vehicle. It seemed as though as the belt rushed us through faster than any other wash I've been to and most of the brushes and machines inside were broke or working poorly. My wheels were anything but clean and the body of my Jeep looked like it had barely touched by a brush let alone any sort of wash with soap taking place. I would suggest any other place but this one. Use the free vacuums and go elsewhere for a wash read more

Destroyed my paint job on a 2019 vehicle with either ice or dirt Left over from another car. Roof, hood, trunk, and sides. Manager says it's not from their car wash when clearly it is what caused it. It's great if your car is already clean. Multiple times that I have paid almost $20 for a car wash and I leave with dirt still on the windows, leaves still stuck to the car and streaks all over. I gave 2 stars as the free vacuums are powerful and will be the only thing I go back for. read more

The kid with the long hair never washes the back windows and even going multiple times through still won't clean off or rinse in the wash. Should also invest in a bug rinse. Most washers prior to going in are great but the long haired one if you want to ensure you get dirt off the back a no. read more

Their cheapo car wash is TEN DOLLARS and that would be ok if they actually got the car clean. Unfortunately, the car came out soaking wet and still filthy. I could have done better in 5 minutes with a garden hose. Save your money. read more

Ehhh sub par car wash for price. Lady up sold me into $20 something wash and I don't think I had any different treatment than the cheapest. Prolly could've gone thru it twice but didn't feel like it was worth the hassle. I'd come back but just get the cheapest wash. read more

Always get a good clean car when I go here. Even when it is very busy, the line moves very well. Personally, I love getting the monthly pass and just get my car cleaned whenever I drive by. If I pay by the visit, I end up waiting till my car is really dirty. The monthly pass is a pretty good deal. I have to say, I haven't tried the other car washes in town to compare. We went here and had such a good experience that we haven't explored further. read more

Tried 2 different spots to vacuum car and the hose was broken for left side and the right side had something in hose. Decided to go through carwash and came home to a broken out headlight. Their rug cleaner still wasn't fixed been waiting over 6 months now and still don't have them up and working. The place is very run down and everything needs replaced because it's cracked or clogged . They charge way to much for their car wash. I ended up taking my car to gas station and washed it myself. And why do people work with public if they can't be nice? read more

Don't waste your money going here. Car is still dirty after going through. Definitely not worth it. I will be canceling my membership.

We went through the Splish Splash Car Wash today (for the LAST time) and purchased the $16 wash. When we got home, I found that the right side of our SUV was obviously untouched by the wash brushes (in fact we noticed when going through the wash that one set of right-side brushes were not working at all). I had to hand-wash the right side, all the wheels, which we've always had to do after going to Splish Splash, the back end, including the back window and the hood which was striped with alternating clean and unwashed streaks. Several times, we've had to move the car to a 2nd AND 3rd vacuum station because so many were not working. Also, when this car wash first opened, the driers worked very well but it wasn't long before our vehicle was very wet when we exited. Speaking of exiting...the green "GO" light doesn't come on until the car is already pushed outside. This doesn't have anything to do with the poor wash job we received, but just shows their total disregard for fixing things when they stop working correctly. read more

My mom and I desperately needed a car wash after driving to Colorado through the snowy, rainy mountains. We came to Splish Splash having high hopes. We spoke to Kyle who sold us the $14 wash saying it the best deal for the money up-selling the surface protectant and tire shine. We expressed concern to Kyle about the passenger side mirror. The mechanics are broken and it can't be moved otherwise it will get stuck! He did tell us that the brushes might move the mirror but after further discussion we decided to go through and take the risk knowing it would be our own fault if anything happened. The brushes did move the mirror but thankfully they moved it back. We exit the wash and head to the free vacuum station (awesome perk) and while walking around my mom noticed back part of her truck was still completely filthy...As if no water had even touched it! We went back to where we paid and told Kyle about the back...he then tells us he had removed one of the brushes so it wouldn't move the mirror. I get where his head was, but the issue I have is he should have suggested this to us before going through and explaining that the back of the car would still be dirty. We could have decided from there. So now we have clean car with a super filthy tailgate (?)... He asked if we had another car we wanted to drive through (?) We did not so we asked for a refund, he then says there was nothing he could do, which I didn't understand since he offered to let us drive another car through (isn't that essentially the same thing?) I asked if there was a manager we could speak to and was told they had left hours ago (?)... so I explained that we chose to go through knowing the risk of damaging the mirror (mind you the mirror still moved but thankfully moved back... so I don't even know what good removing the back brushes did) but we did not choose to pay $14 for a half-ass car wash. Kyle then tells me that he believed it was good customer what service and "it's only the tailgate" that is still dirty, so no, unfortunately there is nothing he can do. So now we have to hand wash the tailgate in the cold Colorado weather AFTER paying $14 dollars to Splish Splash...:-/ When we get home I noticed how bad the ENTIRE wash actually was. The tires were still filthy and dirty water stains all over. Maybe their cheaper washes are better but I would not recommend paying for any off the add-ons. read more

Two times through the wash and the car is STILL not clean!!! One of the sprayers wash not working and cars were all coming out with a lot of soap still on them. To me, it is POOR PERFORMANCE!!!! read more

Worst employees. Their "who cares" attitude is uncalled for. I was told they got rid of a manager for that reason. Well, today they were snobby, and rude. My car was filthy - truly from a over 1,500 miles of driving from four states and left shiny and happy! The staff was also very kind and said - if it doesn't come out the way you like it the first time - you can go through again. Went there today to check it out and get an introductory free wash (East Peoria, IL). The vehicle in front of us failed to shift into neutral, which caused a brief problem. I was going to talk with Splish Splash management tomorrow about the damage their side washing brush did to my new Honda Odyssey but after reading some of these reviews, why bother? I sure don't want their body shop touching my car. When I was going through the car wash they stopped the wash for a minute or so. When they started the wash back up, the side brush hit my car while swinging out from the wall position. I didn't think much about it at the time but it hit the front fender of my car hard enough to put a dent about the size of a softball in it. I think I will go back to washing my car myself. Over 60 years of washing cars and I have never put a dent in my car. Don't go to Splish Splash unless you want to take a chance on having your car damaged. read more
