My daughter has been signing with Communication Junction since she was 14 months old. She is now 2 and the amount of communication development I have seen in the past year has blown me away! It is such a blessing to be able to communicate with my child and understand what she wants. The classes have taught her so many words including manners, family members, animals, colors, seasons, transportation, and more. I truly believe Communication Junction is teaching my daughter pre-literacy skills and language development that will set her up for success in school the rest of her life. A special thanks to Kirk for his expertise and personal help to teach me the methods of recovery and strengthening program. Also, Thanks to Elizabeth for her work on me. The entire staff was great and knowledgeable. Appointment were scheduled within my time limits and reminders were a help. Overall, I would highly recommend Athletico in Peoria Heights to my family and friends and i guess everyone that needs really well educated and experienced hands-on therapy !
