My first appointment was for a consultation only and that was with a student. When I disputed the first "session" I was told they are a learning center but no where does that say it when there and no one in that office tells you. I paid my bill in full 5 months later so I didn't have to deal with these people anymore and am now receiving a bill for a finance charge so high that my bill would have to be 12 years old for these charges. When I called to get it straightened out the lady said the charge was for a 3rd session that I NEVER had and when I told her the invoice said it was for finance charges she said she would have to call me back. My daughter has been signing with Communication Junction since she was 14 months old. She is now 2 and the amount of communication development I have seen in the past year has blown me away!
