To also turn away a patient knowing he just had a major infection which required pain meds and antibiotics. I would not recommend anyone even in an emergency.

Everyone here was nice and Laura was my hygienist who did my cleaning and X-rays. She was really kind and friendly. It's cool that they have tvs positioned above you so you can watch Netflix or other shows while you're at your appointment. A permanent implant was placed before my Invisalign treatment was complete, and then trays were continued. This sequencing error caused a visible midline shift and asymmetry in my smile. I was never informed that this could be a permanent outcome. When I raised concerns, I was dismissed and told my midline was "within normal limits" without an in-person exam. A second opinion from a nationally and internationally accredited prosthodontist confirmed improper sequencing and lack of planning caused structural harm, not cosmetic dissatisfaction. One root canal he performed on tooth #31 failed within two years and required extraction. Tooth #19, which he also treated and retreated, is failing again and has been referred for further endodontic evaluation. A recent provider identified five additional teeth that may need root canals, eroded enamel, poor crown margins, and accelerated wear despite my attending regular appointments over four years. This prolonged pattern of overlooked issues, superficial reassurances, and inadequate follow-up has been both emotionally draining and physically harmful. It also triggered a documented MS flare-up, my first since diagnosis. There was no informed consent on foreseeable outcomes and no referral to a specialist, even though complex procedures were involved. I've reported this to the dental board and consumer protection agencies. I do not recommend this provider to anyone seeking ethical or well-coordinated care.

She even claimed "this has never happened" - hate to break it to you, Dang, but there's a first for everything. Of course, it's her practice, so no one there, including the other dr, would validate my concern - as it would go against Dang's tight grip on the office and disturb her tiny bubble. That's a team led by fear, not respect. At her ripe age, it's embarrassing that she did not offer enough self reflection to look at me as an intelligent human who knows my cherished smile and knows when something went wrong. Instead, she saw me as someone with no degree in dentistry who couldn't possibly have a reasonable perception on the matter. It's clear she's surrounded by yes-men and failed to stand firm when her opinion was challenged. I'm sorry you're so uncomfortable with accountability, Dang.
