Midway through the project, our sales rep left the company with no handoff. His replacement, Brad, then told us we needed closed cell foam instead of the open cell we had already agreed on. Our quote went from about $8,000 to $15,300. The schedule changed repeatedly with little notice. We were told we'd be out of the house for a couple of days. Instead, we were displaced on and off for almost a week, bouncing between a hotel and a family member's home. Then the damage: the crew sprayed foam on our car and driveway. It hardened on the car, damaged the paint, and had to be scraped off by hand. Their truck also broke a large branch off our olive tree, which will take years to grow back. We've been trying to get this resolved with Tara and Brad since early June. No urgency, no accountability. If you're considering Ecofoam, don't do it. Find another company.

The service techs were always polite, knowledgeable and courteous. If there was an issue with our units, they would suggest a few options we could do and the prices were never outrageous. This past weekend, we had an issue. The outside temps reached 117F, and we woke up Sunday morning to a leak in my kitchen...the furnace is right above the kitchen area and it was pouring out of a pot light..what a mess...I got on the phone with Brian, and he gave me a few solutions and we made an appointment for them to come out..they couldn't come out on Sunday but we were scheduled for Monday! I spoke to him a few times Sunday, sending pictures and explaining what was going on and we followed his suggestions and within a couple hours, the leak stopped!!
