How is it that we have now been told two separate times, beginning in February and again in May that our video is ready and will be sent to us. Please correct me if I am wrong but I don't believe it is that difficult to send those clips/video over to us. It doesn't seem like your phone is being answered or calls being returned, along with direct messages on Instagram, Facebook messages, email messages from my personal email address alongside my business email. We did a luau theme and they had a hut for the bar, thatch covered umbrellas, tiki gods and other props. If I had a bigger budget it would have been truly phenomenal. JCD's team is professional, they set up and tear down efficiently and saved pics from one year to another so we could recreate the look. My only regret is we did not have more money to spend!

He was willing to work with my business hours and schedule the commercial shoot after my office was closed. He set up his equipment in my office and used whatever walls/props were available in my office to make sure he got the commercial complete. He was also very kind and professional with my clients that were in the commercial giving testimonials about my company. The best part is that he edited and sent me the complete commercial within 48 hours. I was beyond happy with the entire experience. He charged me $850 and this price included a CD of the pictures he took, an approx. 30 minute long video of the event, and an album. Once he came by to my house to view the venue of where the event will be held, he had me sign his contract. Everything is good up to this point. My engagement was super intimate, it took place in my parent's home and I think we had 60 people tops (we rented 60 chiavari chairs out although we had 50 people on our guestlist; we just wanted to plan for extra +1s showing up). Vinay came with his assistant to the event and it appeared as though he was doing his job; which is to photograph and videograph. It turns out, once Vinay left, not only was he super unavailable and dodgy with my phone calls, but once I did get a hold of him, he blew up. He complained about the small backyard (did he expect the backyard to expand miraculously from the last time he saw it), he complained about the number of guests (he already knew how many we expected to be there), he also complained about how my mom was trying to work out a deal with him to take my engagement photos some other time. From what he was saying, he was suggesting that he was offended by negotiating prices. I'm sorry...but have you ever heard of Vinay Visions? Is he running some premiere photography studio where all prices are set in stone because he won't compromise his talent's worth? He's not even that good! We found his advertisement somewhere on the web version of yellow pages! Not only was he rude, disrespectful to me, but he was disrespectful to my family. On numerous occasions when one of my family members tried reaching out to him to get a status on the video and photo album, he would flip out. He is a man who is going through some crazy issues right now. Every time I spoke to him, he managed to offend me. Not to mention, it took him 7+ MONTHS to send me my engagement's photo album. He was incredibly unprofessional and VERY slow. 7+ months for an album? Do you know how long 7 months is? You could very well give birth to a baby! I don't recommend Vinay Visions to any of my friends OR enemies. Stay away from this dude who is always PMSing.

It is shocking to me how many positive reviews she was able to gather, as she did about everything wrong on the day of our wedding and leading up to it at every step of the way. Jennifer was actually extremely rude to my wife the bride and insulting leading up to the wedding. She got things mixed up with our vendor and gave us false information and when called out about it and corrected she had a huge attitude about it to my now wife. On top of all of it on the day of our wedding and the day before she was useless. We had our grandmother arrange the flower setting as she had done event management and especially the flowers for decades and even being in her 80s could not be convinced to have us hire someone else for it. So the day before our wedding imagine my 85 year old grandmother setting up the flowers as Jennifer watched her do it. Not offering any help at all. How despicable of a human do you have to be not to mention us actually paying her money. On the day of she just absolutely failed us in every regard. On the day of this streak of absolute failure continued as she promptly forgot all her very few tasks like reminding all of our family to remain in the chapel for a couple of family pictures. This resulted in several family members missing on our whole family pictures. She also didn't do anything else and was mostly found chatting with her also useless assistant anytime she was approached. Somehow still pathetically running around with clipboard in her hands - for what you might ask. She was asked to safe a pice of wedding cake for the yearly anniversary tradition which she also forgot to do. Of course you pay her before the wedding making it impossible to retrieve your money even upon failure of delivery of contractually committed services.

Some of my guests though it was weird that we had attendants with the booth but I thought it was a great help. They helped keep the line going and making sure everyone got a turn. The unlimited pics were a plus, especially since some of the little ones loved the booth and didn't ever want to stop taking pics. I would definitely hire them again!
