I went to pick it up and was told it wasn't there which come to find out on 1/6/2020 that the package was there! I phoned them again speaking with supervisor Kim so she claims to be. Its very sad if she is to say. She has a very NASTY, RUDE, ILL- MANNERED ATTITUDE. UNLADYLIKE, UNCIVIL to be working at any UPS Store and to be over anyone's information. She was yelling once I ask why was I being charged five dollars? we couldn't ask a question by her over talking us being loud nasty very offensively impolite no respect whatsoever. seriously ill-bred behavior which brings into questioning of having this type of person over our personal information and having to interact with at the UPS STORE! I'll pay the money, I only wanted to know why was I being charged. I called back speaking with Mrs. Heather who explained everything and I understood well. I, my husband, son and neighbor all heard how she (KIM) spoke to me and how RUDE she was! Your Desired Resolution: She needs better training on how to handle her angry issues because the way she spoke and her action is a serious concern for all customer well being.
