I called them up today asking if they offered a certain service and the answer I got was barely intelligible. What I heard was something or the other, and I asked if the person could repeat what they said. "We do it all." "So installing RAM--" "We do it all." Said something else. "Could you say that one more time? I couldn't understand--" I was hung up on. Don't give them your business, that people-facing staff member didn't seem to give a flying f about prospective customers. I called up Dothan PC afterwards, still incredulous at being hung up on, and received a call back within 10mins. I shakily explained what I needed, had some questions back and forth, and then they told me to stop by the shop and drop off the computer to assess it later this week. Was that so hard, PC Tech? I even called ahead to make sure it's possible. Yes, they said. Pulling up I noticed the big sign boasting that they do printing jobs. After waiting for someone to "help," I found that neither person working there knew how to use their own copy machines/printers. No kidding. After time wasted with them telling me they weren't "trained on the printer," they said to try Office Depot. Which I did, after shaking my head at the sign claiming that they print.
